I bought some truck camper hold downs. They are as advertised. They seem very well built. I did have to make my stake holes a little bigger. And I did have to get a couple of my own screws to hold them in . With that said these are great just wht I needed . Over all I would say my experience with rv parts shop and this product was as close to perfect as one can get . Great customer service and great product. In my case.

My product arrived severely damaged. Called to get a replacement and they provided me with no alternative but to wait until it arrived back at the warehouse. I still haven’t received a call from them or a refund.

Exactly what I needed, reasonable price. Shipping was a bit expensive, but they arrived exceptionally fast.

This was the only place in Canada that I could find the combo co2 detector I needed . They were fast at shipping it out once it came back into stock . Would definitely use this place again.

Tried online to buy the parts website would not let my address go through so made a phone call did it old school salesman was great got what I needed sent it right away packages were packed nicely received product safe and sound

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE GARBAGE!!! CLAIMED TO BE FROM CANADA, NEVER SHIPPED PARTS FROM CANADA.....TRACKING NUMBER SENT WAS PUROLATOR...A MONTH LATER RECEIVED A UPS PACKAGE FROM A FED-EX AND THEN A BILL FOR BROKERAGE FEES BECAUSE THE PART WAS SHIPPED FROM THE US!!!!!!! TRIED CALLING BUT CAN NOT SPEAK TO A PERSON. GARBAGE COMPANY!!!!!

I would give 5 stars for the rapid service, but one part was unavailable.

Fast order processing but.....More than one week before the courrier pick up my order and miss routed, so add extra delay. Still waiting my order 2 weeks after my command.

I did order a Coleman AC for the campervan, I have two big issues that came with this order:
1. The AC equipment was delivered in a poor condition: the packaging box was completely destroyed and the AC cover was damaged in 3 places. I took the pictures of the damaged area and sent them to RV Part shop customers services department, the answer from CSR is without the packaging box pictures, they can't do anything. I didn't take pictures of the packaging box because the box was completely destroyed.
2. I ordered this equipment thinking that I will receive the whole AC but surprisingly the AC comes without the Ceiling assembly (it is like you order a car and when you receive it, the dealer says you have to order the wheels because the car come without wheels).
This is the reason I give them 1 star only.
