Really slow on receiving product it’s been seven weeks and still no product what is going on RV parts shop???
I ordered the grease for my wheels and I have to grease the wheels soon or they’ll fall off. Nobody has a clue as to when the product will arrive or even be shipped.

Part arrived a little damaged but repairable. Needs better packaging on plastic items like these. Part was perfect match as per my conversation with the supplier. I am pleased

Richard was/is extremely helpful . We paid a little more this time as opposed to Amazon , but well worth the technical information and guidance.
We'll definitely check with your offerings first before proceeding elsewhere .

The fridge/freezer shelves I ordered arrived quickly. Not sure they're going to fit as our motorhome is in deep winter storage, but we'll try them out in a couple months..

Pricing is very competitive and the communication and shipping were fantastic.

Shipment was a bit slow but items delivered as promised in good order ultimately which is what counts.

Got the item after it was back ordered for a month.(I understand these things happen, but it appeared in stock at the time of purchase and found out when I received the receipt that it was not). At the time of purchase I thought I created an account, but a guest account was created instead. I was disappointed to learn that items could not be returned because I had a guest account.

the products were exactly what i needed, with one of the two on back order
i have rated 4/5 because of how long the back order took to deliver(6-8 weeks)
when i inquired about when i was to receive my mirrors they did not give me an estimated time (just said it was on back order).
(in rvpartshop defence) with the new normal, that could have been this pathedic world at the moment.

No problem with RV Part Shop Canada but I question their supplier of awnings. Awning supplier put my awning order on a stock order and it has taken over 4 months to get it all sorted. RV Part Shop customer service has been excellent through this process.
