This law firm basically charged me over 6000 pounds for a lease extension with no results after 12 months. The invoice included items like text messages. Very slow responses and zero accountability.

Went into the Bath office to enquire about obtaining a certified copy of a 'homemade' Will following the devastating death of my husband just before Christmas. A lady from the Private Client Team took some details and said they would only do the work if I was a client of the firm, which I previously have been. She said she would phone me the following day and advise but no call came. This was really disappointing especially at this difficult period that my family are going through; I wonder if the work was too low value for the firm? In any event a call explaining that would have been helpful.

We chose Ali Batchelor after a meeting where we found her professional, empathetic and realistic about what lay ahead. She also has great experience knowledge of the South West coronial system.
