Can’t praise them enough!!! Completely professional in everything they do to get best result possible,There were times that were difficult especially when loosing a loved one ! They completely had our backs and interests at heart ‘ We eventually had a fantastic result and now my mother has a more stable future thanks to all the hard work they put in ! I must add that Rachel Hicks really pushed the boat out to get us best possible result and we as a family will always be in her debt !!!! So a massive thank you to Rachel !!! Keeley had the utmost professionalism and care for our case which was very emotionally exhausting with many complexities involved but her knowledge of family law was very reassuring and supportive throughout the case. The communication was exceptional always had time to listen weather from phone calls to emails. I used this company for a simple deed of release. They tried to charge additional and excessive fees throughout after winning the initial business. I documented my complaints about Angela Gregson at every stage and they never accepted any responsibility whatsoever. They were unapproachable, unhelpful and slow at all stages. Our whole deal fell apart due to RWK’s handling of the situation. Now having to complain via the legal ombudsmen that significant time and cost.

Very disappointed with rwk goodman who dealt with my separation of assets and simply paying off an old mortgage , creating issues where there weren’t any being passed to different colleagues weekly and then hit with a huge bill close to 10k , I still don’t have a final statement of costs , slow , poor and very expensive .
