I was recommended Jayne Martins by word of mouth to help with my divorce's financial settlement and paperwork. Horrible personal/family situation last year and realised I needed legal support. I contacted Katherine and within a few days had a free 30 minute consultation with her. Katherine was genuinely so caring, kind and understanding and yet so professional. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She gave me advice on what I needed to do next meaning I didn’t have to actually instruct her just yet but she explained if at any point I needed to instruct her she would be more than happy to. 1 year later we found ourselves being taken to court. I contacted Katherine who arranged a call straight away. I was really struggling with my mental health due to the stress of everything and again Katherine was so understanding. Ali Cloak the partner dealing with our claim was extremely patient and hardworking and worked seamlessly in order to achieve and get the results for our son who died due to numerous negligent failures.
