Ada worked hard to try and keep everyone infomed even through some parties/solicitors were less than helpful at times. One thing that would have helped would be to tell buyers/ sellers not to book vans until they recieve written confirmation. As a person who doesn't buy/sell houses often that would have really helped.

We worked with Naomi (Ryder & Dutton, Royton) for five months. From our initial introduction through to our last contact, Naomi was 100% on it, she provides customer care with bells on, a super 5 star service! Whatever our query was, Naomi re-assured us and made us feel like the only clients she had (even though she is extremely busy) and made sure any query was addressed expeditiously.
