I have recently managed to complete my house sale with the Ryder and Dutton Royton Branch. My initial contact and valuation was done by Oliver who was very thorough in his assessment of the property when conducting the valuation. Good contact was then maintained to provide a package and draft listing.
I immediately began to get viewings and even though initial offers fell through due to the other parties circumstances. Other viewings were soon produced. I particularly was impressed by Amber who led on my sale. Amber was always available for advice and this was invaluable as the process of selling unfolded. Amber maintained regular contact throughout with all parties even when things became tedious with the legal aspects of the transactions. Amber maintained my confidence that thongs would where possible go to plan even as things became protracted. I was always aware of exactly what was going ahead throughout.
Overall every member of the team at the Royton Branch were willing to assist and answer questions and provide guidance with my sale and onward purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend using them to anybody considering a property move.
