Avoid. After they took our order and our money on 1st December, they told us it would take "6-8 weeks" to make the table, followed by 2 weeks to ship. After that, they said it would take an additional 2 weeks due to Christmas holidays. Not great - they should have told us that when they took our money. But we could live with that. However, it's now over 15 weeks since we ordered the table and they now will not give us a delivery date. They reply with some guff about it being handmade, as if that's an excuse for not remotely doing what you say you're going to do. I will now try to cancel our order and get our money back so we can, you know, buy a table that exists in real life. Or make one myself!

UPDATE: I see they gave the usual response that lame, defensive companies give (“couldn’t find your order”). Yes, my wife placed the order - you didn’t try very hard to figure this out, did you? We now have the table. It’s pretty good. But it took the best part of 6 months to deliver and, contrary to the reply below, the communications were either unhelpful or plain wrong.

I am completely in love with this extendable table! It's absolutely stunning, incredibly sturdy, and the quality of the wood is exceptional. The colour and craftsmanship make it a standout piece. What I love most is how versatile it is - you can easly fit so many chairs around it :)

I purchased my table and chairs from S10 just before Christmas, taking advantage of their sale. The communication from S10 was excellent throughout the entire process. They even sent me photos of the walnut planks that would be used for my table, followed by pictures of the finished table and chairs. On theagreed delivery day (which I requested and they accommodated), the table and chairs arrived perfectly packaged and protected. The delivery team brought everything inside, unwrapped it, and assembled it for me. The table and chairs are absolutely beautiful - extremely well-made, smooth, and showcasing stunning wood grain. They're solid and feel like they'll last a lifetime. The chair seat padding is also incrediby comfortable. I can't recommend S10 enough-fantastic service and exceptional quality!

I'm so happy with my purchase! I bought a solid oak dining table, and the delivery and assembly service was excellent. The team arrived on time, handled everything with care, and had the table set up in no time. They even checked to make sure it was level and stable before they left. I have been looking for a solid oak table that would fit in my green oak barn conversion for some time. Customer service was exceptional at every step of the way. My table has a very modern take on a round 160cm with pedestal but can be extended for special occasions. Beautifully made and it has definitely brought a wow factor to our dining kitchen space.

We ordered an oak table from S10 home. We are very pleased with the finished table. Communication was excellent, they sent photos of the original planks to check we were happy, the original planks had some large knots but they were happy to substitute these when I asked. Communication around delivery was also excellent.

Received my Vivien Round 2metre Dining Table in Black Oak. The process from start to finish was very professional. Ordered before Christmas and wanted it for a big dinner party in February and they made sure the table arrived in time. The craftsman in the table is excellent. A totally solid piece of furniture. This is a great company, we ordered the dinning room table 3 weeks before Christmas, they have keep us in informed all the way through the 12 week delivery time period. Sending pictures of the raw material being used to construct the table, also pictures showing the finished product the week before delivery. They arranged a delivery date and time window for the delivery and assembly of the table and the delivery crew were very professional.

All I can say is S10 are one of the most professional company I have ever used.

I recently purchased the Bibi oak table and a mix of chairs from S10Home and couldn't be happier! The craftsmanship and quality are exceptional, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Table is beautiful but customer service horrendous.
When we went to the “showroom” (which is someone’s house) we had to wait outside when they clearly could hear us and see us (we had an appointment and we were in time).
We made it clear during appointment that we wanted to buy a table with an extension and potentially more later.
When we received the table and asked about ordering an extension we were told this was not possible.
They at first said they would take back the table as we were ordering a new one, but the day after said no as it was a custom size. Actually only the extension was custom so they could have taken the table back.
Anyway they lure you on buying something and the way they treat you after is not great. If you have no issue then great but if you do just be prepared to lose your money.

We are delighted with the Lilian table. The quality and workmanship shine through. The detail of the natural wood makes it so unique and worth every penny. We would recommend S10Home to anyone looking for beautiful, individually crafted furniture.

Absolutely amazing service, the updates and photos whilst was such a nice touch. The table and bench arrived today and it’s absolutely beautiful and amazing quality. I would 1000% recommend.

Very disappointing experience with this company. I happily ordered two wood samples and paid £3 each, £6 total. I was incredulous to receive one wood sample only, just treated with different oil on each side. Having clearly paid for two wood samples, and expecting to be able to put them side-by-side for comparison, I contacted them with my feedback. I received a very unsatisfactory reply from their sales manager Anna, who didn’t address the misleading ordering process but instead cited sustainability and said I could get a refund - but only if I went to the effort of returning the sample.

Being sustainable is one thing (and to be commended) but misleading consumer practices is another.

Unfortunately this experience, especially how Anna dealt with my email, has eroded my trust of this company. Although planning to, I will no longer be making a purchase.

Beautiful Eva table and bench. Difficult to find solid walnut in a small enough table which then expands to sit 8-10. S10 came up trumps.
Easy and responsive to deal with when ordering. Delivered ahead of schedule.
