They had some one call me and tell me that they was not going to be able to give me insurance

Most horrible company I've dealt with and I'm tired of you guys with your poor customer service and lack of empathy just making my experience horrible

I was happy till I signed up and paid the down payment. Then 9 days later I get a letter in mail saying payment due by 17th and I just signed up on Jan 4 was confused why you have to pay before a month is up. Tried to contact them kept getting auto system was very upset and still am.

I literally just started my policy and I was charge 2 weeks later for my first payment when I just put down money to start the policy and get charged again right away...thats crazy...and I hate how u say a bill is due a certain time but yet they threaten to cancel u before the payment is even due...this company may be a easy way to get quick cheap insurance but they take ur money as fast as they can and will cancel u just as fast for no reason...I'm tryin to find another company

I paid $100 to get services started for auto insurance. Two weeks later I was charged $112. Now I'm about to be charged Mt monthly again in a few days when I don't get paid until a day later. The payments are so screwed up.

Don’t understand why I have to pay 153.00$ when I payed 143.00$ 13 days ago?, Shouldn’t I be paying every month not every 13 days.

Good easy to do and they do have everything u need

It's perfect for my family and easy pay online and when you need help they are there for you

You need to know comprehensive insurance is non-collision! It should be anything out of your control such as damage due to a fire, weather, etc.

Ease of use is great, good customer service so far.
