Safe Journey Car Seats Reviews 

I had been eyeing up an ERF seat for some time now, specifically from Safe Journey Car Seats as they were a nearby retailer and also had some great prices/reviews so I felt I could trust I would receive an excellent product and good aftercare. I wasn't disappointed at all, I finally bit the bullet and purchased one of the "open box" sale Axkid One2 for an absolute bargain (not that you can put a price on your child's life, it just so happened I saw the advertisement for the sale at around the same time I was looking to purchase anyway!). I ordered the seat around 8am on Monday and by 7.30am on Tuesday it was delivered, which is just amazing service! I messaged Safe Journey Car Seats on Tuesday afternoon for a fit check and they responded promptly which was brilliant.
I bought the Axkid One 2 in Sea Blue and it is absolutely beautiful, excellent quality. I am so pleased!

Slight issue with my order but nothing they could not resolve quickly the service was incredible!

Great experience and very quick delivery. We needed to replace our daughter’s car seat as our car had been in an accident, so we ordered a besafe stretch and it came the morning of the next day! I had super quick replies on messenger helping me with fit checks and reassurance the car seat was fitted correctly. We have now had 3 car seats from safe journey car seats (britax max safe pro, besafe stretch and britax baby safe core) and will definitely order from here again if we need new seats. Thank you :)

Amazing help from start to finish and beyond!! I messaged a few times prior to ordering for reassurance and to confirm I could fit 2 of my chosen car seats for my twins in the back with space for somebody to sit also. Then I ordered. Delivery was incredibly quick. Then I messaged after delivery regarding fitting. I also sent pictures over to check the fit of the car seats in my vehicle and the fit of my twins in their seats. Never felt like I’ve been a nuisance and the staff have ensured that I feel confident in the safety of my twins in their new seats. Nothing has been too much trouble. So so glad I bought through safe journey car seats rather than ordering from a generic site that doesn’t offer the extra support.

Sarah was so helpful in helping me find the perfect extended rear facing car seat. Clearly very passionate and knowledgable. So handy you can ‘test’ how it fits in the car and with my little boy before buying. So helpful to have 121 advice rather than trying to figure it out for yourself online. Sarah was able to talk me through options given my little boy is 99% centile and therefore going to quickly outgrow lots of options on the market. Also Sarah has helped afterwards with any queries I had (eg on shoulder straps!). She also showed me a ‘hack’ to mean I could attach the straps to the front seat sliders without restricting moving this seat - I would never have known this otherwise! Would really recommend.

Recently purchased a car seat from safe journey car seats. Initially didn’t have the colour I had ordered but was emailed very promptly and arranged delivery for the next day in another colour which was great!

I messaged back and forth as I was concerned I hadn’t fit my baby into the car seat properly and had a very quick response asking for more pictures etc and advice on how to correctly and safely fit my baby in the seat. Would recommend 🥰❤️

I ordered a car seat which came with a free accessory pack. This was a big part of the reason I made the purchase from here rather than elsewhere. I had an order confirmation confirming the car seat plus accessory pack. I then got a new updated order confirmation that didn’t have the accessory pack on. This was the only communication. I emailed to ask why and was told that I didn’t get the accessory pack at the current price and could have it if I sent over an extra £20. I replied and said I don’t think you can do that and I shouldn’t have to pay extra as it’s not my mistake. I was then ignored completely. I sent another emailed asking if I was just going to be ignored and was ignored again. Terrible customer service. It wasn’t my error and was included at the point of sale so should have been honoured. It’s like ordering something on BOGOF and then being told oh sorry you can’t have the free one. Won’t be buying from here again

Edit: I did reply to you. I have sent you two emails which you haven’t responded to. I added the free accessory pack to my basket when I checked out so it was there when I paid and I have an order confirmation confirming it. You then removed it from my order because you’d clearly made an error by not taking it off the website when you changed the price which isn’t my fault…

the product is good but the service and the website is sadly lacking. it was very difficult to contact the firm. There was a chat/query site which stated that there would be a response within 30 minutes, two weeks later I have not had a response. It stated that you had to follow the parcel with 'SHOP' but that messed up my mobile phone. When I finally managed to text someone in costume services they did not answer my question , when she said she would check with the warehaouse she did not give me any idea of how long it would take and she seems offended that I asked again in 2:30 hours; if she had stated it would take 24 hours she would have managed my expections. I stated quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and funnily enough the product arrived within 2 days. The website indicated that the product would be sent next day.

The lady I spoke to was so helpful and she got my car seat sent out that same day and I received it next day! Best customer service I’ve had! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Sarah was so helpful, from talking through our options beforehand, to the fitting demo. She was so patient too when our boy didn't want to cooperate! So pleased with our new seat. She clearly knows our stuff and it made me super confident with our purchase, and I feel confident now with installing the seat too because of how thorough she was explaining it.

Sarah was really accommodating and managed to squeeze us in for a last minute appt. She was really knowledgeable and gave great advice ! Really pleased with the seat, good price and great aftercare service which we've already taken advantage of! Highly recommend and would definitely use again

Really grateful for the help, insight & knowledge of Sarah when we went for our 16m old daughters new ERF carseat. We turned up with a dilemma of needing to fit a 3rd carseat in our mix in the next few months & Sarah came up with 2 plans that we could go with, to suit our needs. Amazing service as per usual.
I've now bought 3 seats off them for my children, and each time I've been provided with the best aftercare and help. It's not just the great product you're buying, it's the ongoing help with installation and fits. You just don't get that from the big retailers. Thank you again.
