I was very happy with the service…
I was very happy with the service received. Sage were easy and straightforward to deal with and I was impressed to receive a report the same day as inspection. Gary the surveyor was happy to answer follow up questions including speaking directly with the original builders on my behalf. They were also cheaper than the original Surveyors recommended by the selling agents. Highly recommended.

Really thorough survey
Really thorough survey, the surveyor rang both before and after carrying out the survey to discuss any areas of concern. Really quick turnaround as the report was sent a couple of days later on a Sunday, would definitely recommend using Sage!

I asked my estate agent for a recommendation - she gave me one name. (I had been bombarded with calls and emails from companies)
Hanna communicated well. Friendly and efficient. Surveyor - Gary phoned the day before the survey and the next day to give me his thoughts, after visiting the property. This was really helpful. Report came through by email the day after and was easy to follow, clear and concise. Suggestions for work needed on the property seemed sensible and balanced. I was very happy with the service they gave and Hanna has followed up since offering to pass on any questions I may have to Gary.
