The only issue I had was, when I turned up to collect my money, the bureau was closed, I’m guessing for lunch, but I was unaware of this beforehand. Had to wait around for 20 mins

Absolutely amazing service from Ash!!
I ordered online to collect in store. Ash called me within an hour of placing the order to explain that the system they use is being upgraded on the day I was due to collect an I come in a day later. He explained what ID was needed to collect.
This was great service for my first time of using the online service.

Very easy they sent email as soon as money was ready to collect.
The staff at the travel booth were polite and helpful.
Ordered about 9am collected it at 12. But it was ready at 11.30. Very quick.
