I placed the order online- collected it in store. The only hitch was the desk was closed for lunch when I arrived so I spent longer in Sainsburys and spent more money!! It was handy to order on Saturday and collect on Sunday though.

Japanese Yen Acquisition
Entire experience was very efficient, even in spite of the amount of notes required (Japanese Yen). Was available even earlier than required and staff were very helpful. Would recommend, especially with a Nectar card for the improved exchange rates.

Very jovial member of staff, left with a smile
The member of staff who served me was very friendly, polite and efficient. No queue on this occasion. Seems a bit of a stretch or a sign of the times that a bag to put the cash in is now 25p. Usually marginally the best rate here. Never have any issues.

Whilst it was easy to order and collect from my local store, it would have even better if the instore agents can have the same rates as online offers.

Great service but charging for envelopes.
It was really easy to order through the website and getting a slightly better rate with nectar is a bonus. Collection was easy and the lady behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. I have dropped one star because they want to charge for the envelope to put your money in.
