Lies and bad data - avoid
I was promised a free trial with 5 free leads, but the quality of contacts was so poor I decided not to go forward. Then I learned that the salespeople lie to get you to sign up, you will be billed for the first month after all, and you cannot cancel because you have to call in to cancel and they just ignore the request. Not worth the hassle.

Old, inaccurate data hiding a billing scam.
As far as I can tell, this company is a scam. There is no way to cancel your subscription online or even see billing history or past invoices. You have to call them to cancel; that way there is no written record of the request so they can keep billing you until you cancel your credit card and dispute the charges. And the data in their system is very old and inaccurate, I think they just sweep the internet for contacts to make it look like they have a database. Their real goal is collecting credit card numbers and lying to keep billing as long as possible. Use Apollo or any other platform but these scam artists.

A COMPLETE SCAM! AVOID
SCAM COMPANY!!!! They will promise a "free" trial, but then charge your credit card for a full month and offer no refunds. Even if you call and stop the subscription, you will be charged month after month. Multiple calls and emails, no one is ever available, no one ever calls back, and they keep charging you.

Slow, unresponsive. Typically when I buy lists from other data brokers it takes 30 minutes. This took three days for delivery. When I received my list, which was clearly discussed to be business contacts, it was 69.4% personal email addresses. Won't be using again.

Crown Exteriors Experience
Kevin Mungin was so incredibly helpful through my whole experience. He was always gracious even though we kept pushing back the purchase date of our list. He was persistent, but in a good way, and never felt like a "salesman". Kevin deserves a raise!
Update: After pulling our first list, I realized there were no phone numbers on it. Since this is supposed to be a telemarketing list and Kevin was very much aware of this, I reached out to him to see what the problem was. Turns out there is a "calling" filter that needed to be selected. Not sure how that got overlooked since it was very clear that the list was for telemarketing. Now, after my first call with my account strategist, I find out that those numbers are all land lines and most will not have actual phones attached to them. Infuriating! Then I was told that cell phone numbers are also available and that there are many more of those than land line numbers. Double infuriating! I didn't even know cell phone numbers were an option! I am so disappointed now. Reducing my rating to 3 stars for this reason.
