Ordering process was easy, good range of products at very competitive prices. Delivery was a real let down, not only did it take 12 days, it was actually delivered to the wrong address (correct address on box). The delivery process and length would make me hesitant to order again.

I was looking for a product that I can no longer find in the local shops. Salontotal provided it and delivered very promptly.

I purchased from this company on the 15th of April, a week later, I received the wrong order. I rang up and the phone was answered immediately and I was told to print the invoice and return for which I HAD TO PAY POSTAGE, the item was returned two days later. I was told I would receive an email saying they had received it and then a refund 3 working days later. No email, no correspondence, no anything. I emailed, whatsapped, phoned. NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I resulted in contacting Paypal for a chargeback on the 1st of June. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The order was never delivered and the never refunded. Scam

suppose the best advert would be to say that i'd buy from them again if they had something i wanted.

My products never arrived. Delivered to wrong address and they are making me jump through lots of admin to get a refund

Firstly I was sent a wrong item, it was 100ml and I paid for 150ml. Second of all I have to chase them, this is still not sorted and I’d never shop on this website again
I appreciate you offering me to sort it out via email, but we have 25 email exchanges and it looks like you have a robot answering for you and there’s no progress there. I’ve given up and will direct my shopping somewhere else

Parcel never arrived, I have spent the last month begging for a refund and keep getting brushed off saying its "being investigated", when I have proof from the postal company that the parcel was declared lost, salontotal refuses to refund me!

Sent me a faulty product. I was offered a replacement over Wattsapp which I agreed to. Then over email I was told this was a mistake and can only refund me 15% of the price I paid. It’s a joke. The customer service is shocking. Buy from a different hair product retailer to save yourself disappointment.

Easy to find the products I wanted & got free delivery and everything turned up in the stated 2 days. I will use them again as pricing and service were excellent.

Ordered item on Wednesday with website status saying in stock. No updates about order until I received an email on SUNDAY AT 9PM! Explaining items were now out of stock and they didn't know when they'd receive the stock to be able to ship. Contacted customer services after checking website and one of the items (shampoo) was still listed as in stock and conditioner out of stock. Asked for them to ship the shampoo and then the conditioner when they received stock but was told they couldnt do this.
Not happy that 1) it took so long for them to send the email
2) they sent it at an unsociable time of 9pm on a Sunday - meaning I couldn't do anything about it until next day
3) clearly doesn't stick to the delivery timeframe stated when ordering

Won't be using again despite the good deals as you'll never actually receive them!

I Have been using Salontotal for a lot of years and found them to be always reliable and all orders arrive dead on time would recommend them to any one. *****

Good prices and delivery was much faster than previous orders.

Ordered curling iron 3 weeks ago , still not arrived , no update on delivery despite numerous e mails requesting info, found customer service very vague with what info I did recieve , advised this morning 10 days for them to raise an enquiry with carrier !! Would avoid this company

Ordered 2 packages almost a month ago. Today, Dutch DPD emailed to say they my package was delivered with permission to leave in a safe place. No tracking information, no product, no customer service. They said they will look into it but they never do. I don’t believe the package has been handed to my own country Ireland, as DPD here have no record of having received anything.

£120 wasted, have to go through a chargeback process now with my bank

I read the recent reviews and saw the complaints about the delivery time, but was prepared to wait as the price was great. Surprisingly I received my order within 2 days. Ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Thursday morning. Looks like they have got their courier issues all sorted.
