Ordered 10 sml bags of putty, was sent in flimsy packaging arrived a month after ordered, the whole ten bags open and no use to anyone, have emailed, awaiting response, judging by the reviews I'm not holding my breath, reviews horrendous

Saltdays!!! What a scam , received sun hat which cost £15.87 firstly too small no way of adjusting .
The quality was terrible, very thin fabric!
The sort of thing you wouldn’t have got in a store because of the appalling quality.
Reading some of the other reviews I won’t be returning the item as very unlikely to get money back .
Stay well clear of this company - no physical shop-unable to track your purchase- no email response-no telephone number .

Terrible Fake goods straight from china.
Abhorrent service,
I have Placed four orders and it has been a cheap fake every time I ordered.
If you have a problem, There is NO RESPONSE to emails and attempts to contact.
The items take weeks to arrive as they are cheap copies straight from china despite claims to the contrary.

They charge far more than other sellers and claim you get 50% off your order…. Check Amazon because this 50% off is still 25% more than Amazon or any other seller.

I was unable to give less than 1 star but even the one star is very generous.
It is. ZERO star experience from placing the order all the way to having to get your bank to get a refund… that is your only option for refund because “SaltDays” will never answer your emails.
Buyer beware…. I say RUN Far, RUN Fast and don’t look back.
The entire site is full of products that are not even similar to the item you receive. IF the goods arrive at all they will be cheap fakes and will take weeks (more than 3 weeks every time)

Out of Four separate orders costing more than £210 I have never got what I paid for.
Each time my credit card company have had to get the money refunded because emails to the merchant go unanswered.
I can’t warn you strongly enough to avoid at all costs.

It appears that they increase your order without you knowing and you end up paying multiple times. I made one order of two caps, I’m pleased to say I did receive them, however I received two orders. I have contacted them so am waiting to hear how I can return one of the ordered. It’s shocking these people get away with this kind of treatment.

Ordered neck coolers seems I doubled up order,inadvertently trying to get a reply to return unwanted items,no reply yet

Sent a text to say I wasn't completely hay with purchase and had an immediate refund without even requesting it.(Goods perfectly fine, just a little too big to fit properly) Very impressed with customer service

These Chines companies are all scams, The P&P is added, after you've authorised your cc; then it takes 12-28 days to deliver; then they try to diddle you into re-ordering.
All these ads on youtube (etc) films, turn out to be Chinese (with comfortingly English names of made-up recommendations).

Avoid them all.

(I'm saying one-star, only because "nil" won't register - let alone a minus rating.)

If there was zero stars, I would have pressed that. I ordered nail clippers, never received. What a total rip off. Total scam

I bought 2 itums on the 10 06 2026 but they have not come and no tracking available and I have messaged may times but nothing back of them yet

Goods were of poor quality. Took a long time to arrive. Customer service is none existence. I sent at least 6 emails with no response to any of them. Would not order from this company again.

This company left an advert on the utube videos they knifes they were selling looked fantastic. One was like a knife and the other was a peeler. They showed their knife and peeler being used in their advert one of the knifes was cutting a large cabbage the teeth in the knife were serrated and you saw it cutting into the cabbage and the cabbage came of in tiny strips also the peeler was slicing into a large ham and it was all lying beauyifully peeled in nice layers on top of each other. I waited nearly a month for them. They came in little boxes, even the boxes they came in were terribly made the cutting part of the peeler and the knife was only a few inces of blade. None of them could cut anything. I didnt try to get my money back as i used my bank card plus im ill so it was to much of a strain i have learned my lesson and wont buy anything else from utube or facebook,

I had ordered the item twice in error. I emailed them straight away and had a reply very quickly. Julia sent me a message to say my order had been cancelled and a refund was on its way. She was very helpful and confirmed the cancellation and refund quickly. Thank you.

"Warning" This company is probably the worst I have ever had to deal with.I ordered A wallet from this company could not track delivery. Zero Comunication, does not respond to emails, no phone number, no UK address, not registered with companies House as a genuine company. Product never delivered. Same products advertised on website found cheaper on TEMU. Would have given 0 rating if I could BE Aware I would never again order from this company very disappointed. Now trying to get refund from my bank

Vegetable peeler x 3 the Items ordered are different from the advertisement video. They have stainless steel handles, which in the video they are wooden & much sturdier!
But my main complaint is they are not fit for purpose -they don't slice anything ( maybe butter)
A complete SCAM & a waste of £20.
As others commented, they don't deserve any stars & need to be prosecuted!

Don’t bother with this company. Took forever for the product to arrive, faulty bottle, unusable. No phone number and not answering emails

This company took forever sending order. When arrived it finally was useless and did not perform the task as advertised. They have no telephone no. Emails are not responded to. Would advise anyone to take care and not purchase from this company.

Light up balls do not fly just lights flash 3 times then stop utter rubbish what a waste of money we have two and both do not work

Ordered 2 small kitchen appliances online on 14 May. Had a query about payment so sent an email to them same day. No response. Received an email on 22nd May saying items had been dispatched with a tracking number to link to but no information on when following the link. Sent an email on 31 May saying that items still not delivered. No response. Received the items on 2 June as well as an email that just gave tracking information i.e. after the items had arrived. Both very flimsy, one dirty and no instructions on use. Avoid this company at all costs.

I made the mistake of buying their vegetable peeler. It was impossible to use because it seemed to be made for a left handed person.
I contacted the company twice to ask for their address so that I could return it to them. But they didn’t reply. In the end PayPal refunded me the money.
I think this is a scam. Beware!

I ordered the peelers they took weeks to come and they are useless. And expensive. Unusable, the only part semi useable is the bottle opener. Even that looks like it could break. Very thin material, not as advertised on YouTube. No way to review on Saltdays website. Save your money and get a normal peeler! I wouldn't even give one star, if I could give zero I would.
