Still not received my two jigsaws. I am annoyed because I have been scammed twice before by a so called British company(Chinese) with a rented desk. All very well set up. The reason for the wait is because you are waiting for cheap tat from China, It wont be anything like what was on the website. Ive been scammed by Avery Rose a family Manchester business and Waverly London...both Chinese and usually a rented desk one man band in a office. Beware. A wonderful website and they are very good at what they do setting themselves up as British.

I tried to cancel and get refund however that's not possible because they say in last email delivery can take 20 days
Definitely stick to amazon or shop local

I would rate 0 if it was an option. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I ordered a gift for my grandchildren on 16th November and still no sign of it. When I complained I received a message about how busy they are. I was sent a link to track parcel but no delivery number. All delaying tactics…..MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I've been waiting 12 days for my products which is for a winter holiday, and I'm worried as I've sent 3 messages to Customer care and no response. I just hope I have I receive them in time, but some assurance would be be welcome

Some how ordered one jigsaw puzzle but at check out paid for 3. Emailed three times so far, only reply is a standard reply. This company is a scam DO NOT ORDER anything from them.

Like most customers I have been waiting a very long time for an item to be delivered, like most customers I reached out to Saltdays to ask where my item is, and like most customers it was a generic reply. I am still waiting!!!

Yet another Chinese company masquerading as UK-based with a ".co.uk" website. It really should be a legal requirement to make it clear where a company is based. Been waiting several weeks for a delivery, my email asking for an update just got an automated "go away, we're very busy" reply.
I will NEVER use this company again.

Like so many others on here before me - I think ive been scammed. Placed my order 25 Nov received Evri notification saying they have my order??? To be delivered in 48hrs but 5 Dec still waiting no updates from company until chased they then said delay due to demand BUT key thing noticed is none of the company names match up nor does the various tracking numbers , thank goodness I used paypal who have kindly given me a temporary refund after filing an issue and uploading eveidence thank you Paypal uk and as others have said DONT USE SALTDAYS they are not legit!

This company should not be allowed to trade in the uk l didn't realise when ordering it was with saltways lve had problems with them before l feel stupid for doing it you get problem after problem please stay away there the worst company you could possibly deal with STAY AWAY or get burnt

This company are a scam, never received items i ordered (3 weeks since order). They even said i had received the items, sent a tracking number link that just goes to website sales page. Total liars and didnt respond to any of my emails.

I received 3 of their Flynova flying balls. None of them worked. Followed the charging instructions for 30 minutes and eventually all night. None would charge, the red light charging light went out shortly after I connected them, indicating they were not charging. I didn't get the motor to run on any of them, so cannot vouch for how they work. I contacted them for replacements saying I would return the others once I got some working ones. All they have done since then is send me advertisements for their other lines in trash.
I will recycle these I have.

My order has not arrived. I was cautious and only risked a few pounds.
My advice is don’t order from this shower of Sh:t company.

paid for my order on the 20/11/25 still yet to receive. emails to customer services ignored with no response.
if i had seen the reviews i would never have bothered. live an learn as they say

Avoid salt days at all costs, believe all the bad reviews. I ordered and paid for my item and never received it although I got an email stating it was delivered, it wasn’t, I was in all day. I’ve emailed twice and there’s no response. These people are really just taking peoples money and lining their pockets, adverts are not their own and all the people they are scamming regularly, will add up to a tidy sum of money for them, for doing nothing. They need banning from being able to advertise at all

I bought 2 hover balls within 1 week the lights stopped working foil strip for lights inside ball had snapped a total waste of money also when uou throw the ball goes every were except back to you don't buy you will be disappointed contact saltdays I have heard nothing Stammers customer service useless

No response regards to delivery or even if they have actioned my order yet
AVOID at all costs as this is a scam
Took money quick enough

I ordered a ww2 advent calendar and the thing that came was full of little rubber planes they looked nothing as advertised I've emailed them requesting a refund but they aren't answering my mail do not buy from this company

terrible terrible service. been waiting 3 weeks so far for my purchase and when you email then they just dye to high demand .
I would highly advise not to use , worst company ever and they don’t even deserve 1 star.

No updates on order
Offered 50% off on immediate next order. They charged me full price.
When emailing them just got an email saying they were very busy, so never actually answered any of my emails. Waited 3 weeks, nothing delivered so asked for my money back.

SCAMMERS. They take your money and say it has been delivered when it has not. No tracking despite what they say. They do not respond to emails. AVOID THEM
