We are thrilled, the glassroom we had installed is an amazing product. We saw it reviewed by a customer on YouTube and were really keen to get this incredible room. We are delighted with it being pure glass, no door frames, and posts only in the corner. It truly is outside inside. The advice when we had a survey of our site was really professional and helpful, and installation super amazing. Micky and Jamie did a great job. We felt looked after and listened to all the way. Would definitely recommend

Had my awning issued last year and we did have an issue on installation. But Paul in the office moved heaven and earth to find a solution and put things right, allowing the wonderful installers, Chris & Craig, to install our awning on time with minimal fuss (by me).

They lived miles away from us but arrived at our convenience to finish things off - much appreciated as it then didn't impact on our work - and Craig and Chris were super polite and very nice guys. Paul was amazing too and very professional, and just got the issue sorted. Mistakes happen. Its how they are dealt with that's the issue and they really did turn my experience around.

A year on, the awning still looks fabulous. And I feel a bit guilty I didn't write this sooner.

I find customer service is generally lacking these days, but in my experience, not at Samson.

We're exhausted! We have been entertaining every other day since our wonderful veranda was erected. A huge success!!! The installation was, fast, efficient, and carried out by two charming engineers Micky and Jamie. We're THRILLED!!!!!

Everything went so smootly
from the 1st email. Quotes came quickly. Surveyor prompt and efficient. Fitter ha it up in an hour.
Couldn't ask for more. Especially as the awning looks and works magnificently.

We are delighted with our new Markilux awning. It is an extremely attractive practical and contemporary addition to our home. Our experience with Samson has been superb from our contacts with Kerry, Lana and Jaymi on the sales side to James the excellent surveyor and the efficient and skilled installers Chris and Joseph. We couldn’t be happier with the installation that Mickey and Jamie did of our two Awnings a few weeks ago. They were thoroughly professional and pleasant. They kept the area clean and tidy throughout the process, completed the installation in just two or three hours, and cleaned up after themselves. They also took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the devices. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

From the start from sales process to the completion of the installation was smooth less and a stress free form our side. It is with huge disappointment I write this review.
My husband and I had a Markilux awning and canopy fitted on 4th April 2024 and indeed after being chased to complete a Trust Pilot review the same day, gave them what we thought was a justified glowing review, see review from Dermot O’Neill.
however:-
Mickey and his colleague installed the remote controlled awning and canopy and before leaving gave a demonstration advising that there wasn’t a lot of solar power in the canopy (shade plus) function so just basically showed how it works and lowered only a little. Sadly that is the last time the canopy has worked (now 22 days ago).
We contacted Samson the following Monday (8th April) and after a difficult conversation (it felt like we were being fobbed off) finally Jaymi agreed to send Mickey out to have a look. This happened and when Mickey saw that the canopy was completely dead said he would report back and take advice from Markilux. After chasing and chasing for an update Mickey came again on 16th April to charge the battery under the advice from Markilux in Germany using a piece of equipment they had sent him, this proved that the battery was completely dead and wasn’t holding charge. Since then we have been repeatedly told that Samson were doing everything they could to rectify the situation but never, on any occasion have we been given the courtesy of an update call, indeed they have never once contacted us and we have had to repeatedly call them with them promising to call us back with an update which has never happened. We are now on the 26th April and the installation has never worked to how it should do.

We paid a lot of money for this system and up to now it appears that once Samson have got your money their after sales service is non existent, we paid a premium price for a premium product, where’s the premium service?
Whilst writing this review I have just now received the first reply telephone call (all the other promised return calls didn't transpire), advising that Samson Company Director will call us on Monday - let’s wait and see!!!!

From the start of our experience with Samson, it has been nothing but excellent service - the quality of the product is second to none and the installers did a fantastic job, even cleaning as they worked through the installation ensuring dust was kept to a minimum, even catching the drill dust as they installed the mounting brackets, both Mick and his colleague were very polite and attentive throughout. I can’t thank Samson enough for their care and dedication throughout.
Kerry was so helpful and James the surveyor was a complete gentleman and Jaymi from the install team really excelled in bringing the installation forward. I am so excited by the awning and will have no hesitation in recommending Samson. Thank you all. Trish & Dermot

Very Impressed with Pergola
Kerry in the sales team was knowledgeable about the products available and gave us good advice about which product would best meet our needs. Customer service was excellent. Installation of the pergola by Micky and Jamie was fast and efficient and they left our patio in a clean condition. We love the pergola and are looking forward to using it.
