We really liked our house. They are a couple of maintenance items that need attention, but overall it was great. We are returning next year.

We love dealing with Island Vacations. We have been dealing with then for the last 20 or so years. They have always addressed our concerns, which have only happened once or twice. We absolutely loved our Condo this year and will be looking forward to getting the same Condo next year. The kids were entertained at the Clubhouse with various different Arts and Crafts, Monday through Friday. The ladies at Island Vacations have always been pleasant to work with, always finding the Condo to meet our needs. We met a couple at the pool this year and they paid substantially more by going through VRBO. I would highly recommend Island Vacations!!

Renting a condominium through Island Vacations was easy and stress free. Property information was accurate; therefore, no surprises. We were given thorough information regarding our stay so we felt prepared for our vacation the minute we landed.

The staff at Island Vacations were very friendly. They helped with things to do as well as information about the island. Any interacton was prompt. Highly recommend them.

As always great interactions with the office and everyone in it. The welcome package was complete as usual and the home was well prepared and clean. I would love to continue to do business with Island Vacations in the future if I have an opportunity to do so

We couldn’t have had better customer service from island vacations on Sanibel. They were extremely responsive to our one request (faulty beach umbrella which was immediately replaced). The condo was immaculate. They even called to tell us we could check in early. I’ve never had a better experience with a vacation rental management company.

I highly recommend renting from Island Vacations, I have used them for the 9 years that I have been coming to Sanibel, the staff is helpful and pleasant and easy to work with. I will continue to book my yearly vacation from them.

Excellent Service

Island Vacations was easy to deal with especially through the pandemic and the ever changing rules and regulations.
After checking in, I was called a couple of days later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was also reminded to book for next year so I didn't lose my spot.
I have used two other agencies and I have found dealing with this agency is the best and easiest to book my vacations.

Just returned from Sanibel Island rental from Island Vacations. Everythiing want as expected which provided for a great vacation. Staff at Island Vacations continues to provide great and polite service. We will continue to use them for all our rental requirements. Excellent job!

Wonderful customer service. Paige was great helping our group. Loved the condo. Was so surprised to have a call from Paige on day 2 of our stay. Nice to know that island vacations checks with their clients to make sure they are happy. Refreshing! Thank you for a great trip !

We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Island at this property! It was the perfect location for what we needed complete with pool/hottub/beach access and the bikes available for use were a huge hit with my teenage kids. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a restful vacation. Five stars all around!

Nice and easy checkin/out. They said they’d fix the screen door to the unit but never did. Slightly annoying not being able to leave the door open for fresh air.

We rented through island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva last week. The process of renting with the agency was very clear, smooth & easy!! The unit we stayed in at Mariner Point in Sanibel was wonderful!! Although it was not on the beach beach, we absolutely loved it. Perhaps enjoyed it more than we would have enjoyed being right on the beach because of the lovely fishing pier!! The fishing pier was fantastic. There were constantly dolphins swimming by the pier and often times manateees. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The pools were very clean and typically had minimal people. We would definitely return to Mariner Point and rent through this agency.
