Tri eye mirror glasses when yours are in need of replacing .

Total scam company! I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them at the beginning of July, and they never came. It took me over a month, and they just kept blowing me off with excuses! I finally had to file a charge back to get a refund! I should’ve looked at their reviews before ordering! The products are made and shipped from china and they never arrive! They are just stealing money!

I found and ordered sunglasses made by this company through a Facebook ad. I placed the order on 7/1 from Saolar.com. Tracking info showed they were shipped from China (already a red flag when your $73 sunglasses are coming from China) and would arrive by 7/18/25. I gave them a grace. And then reached out to the company on 7/25/25. Emy Saolar replied on 7/26 and said they would look into it. On 7/31, I still did not have a reply. I reached out again, and again Emy Saolar said she would look into it. On 8/1/25, I insisted that they ship a replacement or issue a refund. Again Emy Saolar replied and told me my order was tracking. This was the original tracking showing they shipped 6/30/25. I went back and forth with this scam company for another two weeks through multiple promises of replacement glasses and refunds until I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Due to the length of time, my credit card company immediately resolved the permanent dispute in my favor and issued a full refund. If you want a legitimate trustworthy company, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM SAOLAR! I WASTED TOO MUCH TIME WITH THIS SCAM! Clearly their goal is to get the customer to forget about it. I don’t think they have or ship real products! I believe this is an elaborate scheme to steal money! Buyer beware! Never buy any Saolar products!

The prescription lens mount broke, and they offered me a replacement for free.

The frame of the inlay glasses just fell apart after not even a year. After contacting the customer support about the warranty I initally was quite happy because I got a quick answer and a voucher for a free frame. After going through the checkout process I was supposed to pay for the shipping, so I asked the customer support about a voucher for free shipping and was told that I need to pay for shipping myself. This is just straight up illegal. After insisting on a free shipping voucher my messages were just ignored.

Habe die Brille inklusive Korrektureinsatz bestellt. Dieser saß leider überhaupt nicht in der Sichtachse sodass ein scharfes Sehen unmöglich war. Rückerstattung wurde abgelehnt. Noch dazu ist die Brille von "Kapvoe" welche auf anderen Webistes (AMZN, TEMU) zu einem Bruchteil des Preises vertrieben wird. Finger weg!

Great product for a fair price! Referring to photocromatic lenses for mountain biking. I tried the yellow ones and they provided almost an augmented view, like the ski goggles for the fog. Support and people answering emails were also very nice and helpful.

“Customer service” is terrible! Basically, if you have a problem, it’s too bad. The o rings have been popping off the inserts from the start (first time the lenses were put into the frames by the optometrist to do the prescription, one popped off and was lost). I compared the o rings from mine to those on my husband’s inserts and mine were much larger. I contacted them and the answer was that they didn’t sell replacements. No offer to help, no apology for the problem, no offer to give me a partial refund for the trouble, nothing. Just have a good day. Had to spend $10 to buy a package of o rings that would fit correctly. Other than that, the glasses are just OK. The photochromatic lenses don’t get dark enough. Won’t do business with them again.

Great light weight glasses that react well to sunlight and provide protection against flying bugs in summer and freezing wind in winter. Really good cycling glasses.

I really like them they got prescription for my eyes so I can see good and they clip right into the glasses and I really like how they auto tint very nice for the trails thanks😊

They don't go dark in full sunlight. Terrible fit on my nose. Nothing like the description promised.

Ich hätte die Bewertungen mal vorher lesen sollen… nun bin ich auch auf diese Masche und den Chinakram hereingefallen.
Arbeite noch an einer Rücksendemöglichkeit, wenn ich das hier alles lese muss ich das wohl als Verlust abschreiben.
Nie wieder!

Suite à une erreur de Soalar concernant la livraison de monture pour des verres correctrices, j’ai dépensé beaucoup d’énergie et de nombreux échanges de messages pour obtenir gain de cause. Après plus d’un mois enfin le colis arrive.
Maintenant à Soalar de mettre en place un vrai service après-vente.

i've had mine for a few years now. i use them when MTB and road cycling. i got them mainly for the prescription frame, and I got those lenses separately from OPSM. The lens isn't great with direct sunlight but for overall light conditions, i think they're pretty good. I often start my ride in the dark and finish in light and for that purpose, they're good enough. I would prefer different colour choice e.g. a blue. The prescription frame also has small cracks in it but they don't appear to be getting worse. It means that I am reluctant to remove them from the clip as it may worsen them. That impacts the ability to clean the lens. They are also a good size to keep the eyes protected from foreign objects, particularly on the MTB.

Après avoir suivi la livraison venue de Chine pendant 1.5-2 mois je m'aperçois à la réception que Saolar n'est qu'un revendeur de la marque bas de gamme Kapvoe et que les mêmes lunnettes sont disponibles pour 2 fois moins cher (et en 2 jours) sur Amazon. Je vais porter plainte en espérant pouvoir me faire rembourser.

Prometen 8 días de entrega pero a un mes del pedido aún no recibí nada.
Luego de pagar, esperé 12 días para recibir una confirmación del pedido.
Solicité la devolución y ni me contestaron.
