I bought my wedding ring from Sarah Elise Jewelry on Etsy and it's exactly what I wanted! I had a great experience with her and loved the product. I did have an issue with a stone falling out of the ring, but they were quick to take it back and repair it for no extra cost outside of shipping even though I was well outside of the designated time window. I will absolutely purchase from them again. And my ring came back shiny and cleaned and stunning! 10/10.

FALSE ADVERTISING: DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND PAID FOR!! HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR THE RETURN AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT OR SHIPPING. NEED TO WARN THE CONSUMERS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT TO BUY FROM SARAH ELISE.

Further to my experience below, I was contacted personally by the company who explained that my emails sent had been blank and they were unable to understand the nature of my issues. They immediately informed me of the progress of my order and assured me that it was complete and due to be shipped the next day. The interaction was extremely considerate, professional and most satisfactory. They also took on board my suggestions about some of the technical issues on the website which hopefully will ensure that the problems I encountered will not be experienced by others.
Despite my initial concerns I can now say without equivocation that this company is to be highly recommended.

I am writing this here as a last resort, noting that the company has replied to various posts on this site.
I have been trying without success to contact anyone at the company on the progress of my order which I made 2 weeks ago. No one has replied to any of the numerous emails that I have sent to both the info and help email addresses. The search order progress function on the site does not work and the AI chat bot although provided some limited assistance, it ultimately could only pass me on to a 'real person / team member' who of course, never arrived. I have spent a considerable sum on the jewelry piece and am in the UK. Is it too much to expect that someone could have the decency to respond to my enquiries. Beginning to very much regret putting my faith in this company to provide a gift for my wife's impending special birthday. I don't know what else to do..........

I originally ordered this beautiful bracelet and long-story short, for religious reasons, my girlfriend couldn't wear it. I didn't know this for a few weeks because my girlfriend was embarrased and didn't want to look ungrateful lol. We had taken the tags off. I finally got it out of her that she wasn't going to wear it and found something that she liked better. Even with the tags off, SarahElise let me exchange it. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and responsive. The quality of these pieces is spectacular. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of huggie earrings from Sarah Elise off Etsy. Having ordered solid gold jewellery from several different Etsy stores, as well as local gold jewellery retailers, and even brands like BVLA and Maria Tash, I personally am perfectly satisfied with the quality of the earrings I received. They are well made, sufficiently weighty, with no superficial flaws (uneven shapes / surfaces, scratches etc).

Shipping was really quick as well. I received the package in Singapore within 3 days of it being shipped via FedEx. Customer service responded promptly when I reached out about some concerns regarding delivery.

I've not purchased anything with stones so can't speak to that yet, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their solid gold pieces. They are true to the pictures and descriptions.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a 14K white gold ring as a Valentine’s gift for my wife, but shortly after wearing it, she developed a severe skin reaction — irritation, cracking, and even bleeding on both hands. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is advertised as solid gold.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of customer support. I have sent two emails and also tried calling, but after an entire month, I have received no response at all.

Very upsetting experience both in terms of product quality and customer service.
