I ordered a chain ring for my daughter. It was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately I think she’s not old enough to take care of such a dainty piece of jewelry. I had to send it back unfortunately, but customer service was excellent and I was refunded quickly. I have ordered from this shop before and have 0 complaints. I will be making another purchase again soon.

Quick shipping, great product

Love the diamond stud, but it didn’t ship as quickly as I expected, since it said “ships next day”.

Fast delivery. I was not disappointed in the emerald Huggies hoop earrings. Wearing in my 3rd lobe piercing. Considering coming back for another pair once I get my 4th lobe or cartlidge piercing. I purchased the middle size.

I bought a super sweet engagement ring. They were so helpful from the beginning since I customized it. They even rushed my order. My bride loved it, so everyone is happy :) Thanks for making our special day extra special.

I ordered three earrings, I waited for the order for almost two months, but that's not a problem either, everything arrived as it should. I returned one earring for repair and it arrived unusable again. I paid for the shipping myself and it's really not worth the money! Big disappointment!

I got two rings, and one is incredibly small for the price. They are both still beautiful. However both rings fit much tighter than any of my other size 8 rings. I reached out for support & unfortunately did not receive an answer. It is disappointing because I had received pretty decent customer service prior to this purchase.

Update 10/27:
The company got in touch with me and I was able to exchange the rings for 8.5s. They still seem a bit small which is odd considering I have recently had my fingers sized, but overall they fit more comfortably. The exchange was easy and I received updates regularly of when they received my return and when the replacement was shipped. I’m happy it worked out because this company’s jewelry really fits my style and jewelry preferences. Not sure if I would order more rings to be honest, but I definitely intend to get more pieces in the future.

The jewelry that I ordered was too much for the size of the beads

I got a lovely teal sapphire ring and it came exactly as pictured. Also it was made and shipped very fast! This ring is definitely real and of great quality.

Pros: Fast shipping, clear communication.
Cons: sapphire is washed out blue - nothing like the picture.
