I am visiting my sister here in Illinois and ordered a ring. I messaged to make sure I would be able to receive it before flying back home to Canada. The lack of response and communication was VERY frustrating and when I finally did get a response, the solution was to just refund me even though I was told to pay for expedited shipping. I want to order more because the other pieces I see and want are so gorgeous, however, I've never had such a bad experience before purchasing jewelry from out of country. I purchased 18K sapphire earrings from Australia with less problems than what I experienced throughout this entire process. I am more than happy to give it another shot and purchase some of the other items I saw but am extremely hesitant.

Love my new earring charms. The emeralds are gorgeous, the gold work is high quality and substantial. Will definitely buy another set soon.

The necklace is beautiful! The quality is excellent. The price is very reasonable. This is my second purchase. I especially appreciate the fact that I could get the necklace made in the size that I want. Wish I would of found Sarah Elise Jewelry sooner!

beautiful bracelet! i love that the stars are alittle thick and stand out more. Only thing I would change is alittle bit bigger lobster clasp... it is SO tiny; it took numerous attempts to get the bracelet on.

Beautifully cut, clean, white diamonds with tons of fire. You won’t find a better hoop for elegant occasions or everyday. I bought the earrings in both white & yellow gold. Sarah Elise sets the standard for beautiful diamond jewelry.

Very impressed with the level of communication throughout the whole process and the quality of the diamond and ring I received. The final product is incredible! ✨

The quality of the product is far below the price you pay for it. There is no brilliance on the diamonds what soever, the prongs are very watch catchy, and the gold color is very pale. I requested to return the product and I was rudely denied because it is considered a personalized item. I'm not sure how they personalized the item for me as all letters are provided for sale.

This company deserves 5 stars. I love the rings that I just got. I am very happy.Beautiful work!. Thank you.

One, the company did not say the jewelry would be handmade. And Two, the ring jewelry I got, it’s not worth the price. Very light gold and I don’t see it lasting for years to come to really enjoy. Not what I expected. But I will not return because I do not want the hassle of it all. Just not worth it and won’t buy again.

it was very straight foward and a good website and shopping experience except for the fact that when i was shopping for earrings i was having trouble finding out if some earrings were sold as a pair or as singles it wasn’t all clear to me in some of the product descriptions

I ordered a letter with a diamond and I haven’t taken it off. It looks so elegant and great for everyday wear or evening wear. Also, super easy to stack other necklaces with. Absolutely love!!! Will definitely purchase more items from this company!
