This was my first time shopping at this online store and the experience was really positive. The website is functional, clear and easy to use. The purchased item was of good quality at a relatively low price. The shipment arrived smoothly in Lithuania. I am completely satisfied with this purchase, which is why I give it five stars.

After researching for months, I decided to purchase Sava A4 bikes for both myself and my wife. The process was seamless. Gary from the support team helped me out tremendously throughout the whole process. The bikes arrived in 1 week! incredibly fast from international shipping. It took only a few hours to put 2 bikes together. They both ride great! Highly recommended! Will definitely purchase more from Sava.

High quality affordable bike. Customer service promptly answered all questions even after the bike was delivered. They stand by their bikes. They helped me fix a user caused issue with courtesy and promptness. When it’s time for me to upgrade I will buy from sava again.

I bought a sava deck bike online for my son. What ever went wrong, wether they sent another bike, or I might have pressed a wrong butten while ordering - it does not matter. We received a bike, we did not intend to order - it was a raicing, instead of a gravel bike.
We left a message with sava deck imediately...
until today more than a year later we were denied our right to send the bike back, communication was blocked/did not happen. We even tried via other sava deck stores to get in touch.
We would strongly recommend not to order online; we were totally ripped off and have not seen a possibility to get our money back (1.700 Euro!)

Wow what a positive experience dealing with Sava (specifically with Gary) both with the purchase and after sales customer service with my Sava Hawkeye bike. First of all after hundreds of miles of rides since my purchase in August I can't say enough about the ride quality of this machine! My previous bike was a custom built titanium frame with Campy Record group set and wheels so I know a little bit about quality. My only issue with this bike is the height of the integrated cockpit is not adjustable. This is not a Sava issue but a industry wide flaw that there is no adjustability with the integrated stem and handlebar. To fix this problem I purchased a new fork with 300mm steerer tube so that I could raise the height of the handlebar. I needed shims that matched the fit and finish of this high quality bike so I reached out to Gary to see if I could purchase some shims that fit between the head tube and the bottom of the stem. Gary was very helpful and agreed to send me a package of stems that arrived within 2 weeks of my request. What other company would do that? I'm not sure but I do know that Sava did and that is outstanding customer service!!!!!! I would definitely recommend Sava for your next bike purchase. Great product and elite customer service which is a rarity these days! MC

Bought the full integrated carbon fiber road bike in July, so far i I’m loving it. I’ve put in over 200 miles on it and no complaints. Great price and great bike. Now I know Savadeck is a quality brand I wish I bought their higher end bike.

What people don't undestand is today any bike u see on the road is made in China. No exception. The only difference between no name bike like Sava and some fancy bike like Madonna is QA . Expensive bikes are checked before selling where cheep bikes do not . So u will be this QA person who need to do a final tuning. So if u have good hands like me you will have no problem with Sava bike full carbon all ultegra , top of the line and you will pay half price from big brands. GL !

I bought two Sava wakeboard. The short story is that I wasted all my money becacause they don’t work. After several attempts to get help from Sava, they just simply said they cannot help only sell me additional parts for me to fix the wakeboards. After I bought a hardness and speed control I just realized that they updated the board so the harness is not loner compatible with the battery connection. When I contact Sava they asked me to buy a battery with the new connection, after spending even more money the board finally crank just to idle at super high speeds. I tried everything I know to do including a vacuum test with no luck. Stay away from any Sava products they are just garbage!

Purchased Sava Carbon Bike for My son. This bike has been with him for past 4 weeks and loves it. It is fast climbs mounts easy to use speed changes. Very Light. if you can afford $1400 this is a good bike I mean mazing bike. Thye only down side no fork to stand the bike and was very hard to find the size which would fit this mountain bike.
I purchased for my son Dimond back $800 from Costco and it was crap. worthless good thing they have return policy.

Ho riscontrato un piccolo inestetismo nel reggisella e subito mi hanno inviato uno nuovo in sostituzione.
Marchi molto più blasonati non sono certo mi avrebbero soddisfatto allo stesso modo.
questa è la mia seconda bici Sava che compro e ne consiglio l'acquisto. mai avuto un vero problema e quando vi è stato bisogno il servizio cliente c'è e funziona

I was really impressed with the bike. I have ridden all top brand bikes and Sava feels no different. I would probably size up if I'm buying again. I have about 600km on the bike already and so far great all around

This is a great deal for a carbon bike with Shimano 105 components all the way around. I ran into some issues with placing the C-ring into the headset when I was installing the handle bars. The video that is available does not show you how to insert it. Definitely not a plug and play part. I think they should show a video on how to install it.
They have amazing customer service. They helped me with any questions I had. My wife test road the bike and it was a great ride.
So I highly recommend the bike.

Never got my bike or my money back never buying from them ever and anyone else looking for a bike look for someone else

I bought a FALCON 7.0 di2, What a great bike. I just assembled it and ride it the next day. Fast shipping and outstanding customer service.

p/s, the bottom attachment for the handlebar that secure the cable was installed wrong....it was an easy fix. all in all, I'm happy with the purchased. Thanks

Bought my entry level carbon road bike few months ago, the bike feels good, i have no complaints. I would recommend you take it to the shop to have it assembled. I was missing a piece and the response was quick and satisfactory, they sent me part for free that I needed. (Gary).

Received the bike last week! I'm super happy with it! It is a beautiful lightweight bike! The bicycle (Aurora 3.0) was delivered well packed and was easy to assemble with the help of the tutorial on Youtube.

After ordering I was concerned about whether the bike would arrive. I did not receive any updates via track & trace. Fortunately, I received a quick response to my emails via Gary from customer service, which helped to have patience.

I am very happy and I can highly recommend Sava Bikes and thank Gary for the quick responses!

Amazing Road bike...

I have been using this RB only for 6 times because i was so busy for this past weeks. But my experience riding this bike is overwhelming. I could feel the comfort and goodness of this bike. The geometry and components is so exquisite. Moreover, i'm looking forward to give more review of my experience after 3 a 6months of using amazing bike. Furthermore, I'm so grateful to the staff of Sava especially Gary for being so friendly, and accommodating in giving solution to my problem because the frame that i got is quite big for me. But Gary immediately help me to solve the issue, changing my frame. Hoping that this Sava Bike brand will grow and be known throughout the world. Thumbs up!
