Absolutely diabolical company. First of all the product is utter rubbish. Second of all they take money out of your account without your knowledge/consent. Im fighting for a refund which has been going on for months.

What a SCAM! Be careful ladies! They charged my credit card 3 times in one month and every transaction was $195.88 Almost $600.00 dollars for things I didn’t even order. Called my credit card and reported what happened . They will investigate every transaction. If you are in the same situation, call your credit card or bank immediately !

This is a complete scam and I fell for it. Had to cancel my credit card as they took 2 payments in 3 days. Also sent me a Trim Taste order which arrived in the package for my original 'offer' and a customs declaration on it of my first purchase. Kayla must be kept busy offering percentage refunds.

If you are reading this - you probably have lost $120 - $250 + and wondering if anyone else had an issue. You are not alone - you will read how most have the same experience - terrible.
Purchased the product with the idea I would try it for 30 days and return if I was unhappy with it. I decided I was not going to order again (no results) but in the meantime my debit card was charged 2 more times in a week. Takes forever to ship so you don't realize the issue until some time after the charge.
When I contacted the company, I was told it was a subscription - I NEVER agreed or saw this on the site. I asked to ship everything back to receive a refund - and all I was told is they can pause my membership.
When I went to the site - there is NO Log-In ability and the link to Refunds/returns doesn't work. You cannot update (or cancel) your payment information.
When I reached out again -the same lack of solving the issue and asked if they can pause my orders.
My story is like ALL the others on this site - in fact the same "person" (Kayla) answers all customer service emails. Thinking now its just an A.I. bot.

I have submitted complaints to the Federal Trade Commission and posted my experience on several sites reviewing the product. I am working with my bank to dispute the charges.

TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS...BEWARE..This company is a total scam. After placing an order for a 20$ product, they included $100 of 'free' merchandise that I did not ask for in the shipment. Then every 30 days they continue to reship and refill $127 of product which i did not authorize. Their customer service phone number is a non working number, their email rep consistently states I will not be shipped further product, and yet it continues with absolutely no way to turn it off. The website cancel buttons are set to order more product, the cancel payment option also sets up additional subscription orders. TOTAL CORRUPTION SCAM ARTISTS....

This company is fraudulent. After cancelling my subscription that I was unaware of, they shipped me 2 more times and charged me for both. Only offering me 70% of a refund, which I still have not received. I have followed up with multiple emails to no response. It is absolutely absurd that they are able to stay in business. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB, since I have never received any money refunded.

WARNING ABOUT SAVANNA SKIN — one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed an order on April 2nd for their “Buy 3 Get 3” tanning gummy promotion. The order confirmation clearly showed:

* 3 bags of gummies
* exfoliating body scrub
* bronzing body oil
* daily glow SPF moisturizer

What followed was over SIX WEEKS of:

* fake or invalid tracking numbers
* contradictory shipping emails
* broken tracking systems
* automated copy-paste customer service responses
* delays with zero transparency
* attempts to push subscription orders
* and constant excuses

At first, they provided a USPS tracking number that literally did not exist. When I questioned it, I was told the package had not actually been handed off yet. Then I later received a completely different tracking number. Neither worked properly for weeks.

Their own tracking portal could not even locate my order.

Every response from customer service sounded AI-generated or scripted:
“We understand your frustration.”
“We are monitoring this personally.”
“Our systems are syncing.”
“It’s in transit.”

Meanwhile, nobody could tell me where my package actually was or provide a valid tracking number I could independently verify.

Then somehow customer service claimed my package destination was Chicago, Illinois when my shipping address was Adrian, Oregon.

But here’s the most ridiculous part:

BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED MY ORIGINAL ORDER, they auto-shipped ANOTHER subscription order and charged me again.

Mind you, the original order was already supposed to contain THREE MONTHS worth of product. Why would any company auto-renew and ship another order within roughly a week when the customer hasn’t even received the first shipment yet?

Thankfully I caught it in time and was able to force a refund on the subscription order after repeatedly telling them I did NOT want auto-ship, auto-renew, or any subscription tied to my account.

After over a month and a half, I finally received a package… and it was STILL wrong.

I only received ONE bag of gummies.
Missing:

* 2 additional gummy bags
* exfoliating scrub
* bronzing oil
* SPF moisturizer

Then customer service suddenly changed names/signatures from “Savanna Skin Customer Service” to “Trim Taste Customer Service,” which only made the entire thing feel even sketchier.

Instead of issuing the refund I requested for the missing products, they continued pushing warehouse “investigations,” reshipments, and policy excuses.

This company appears to rely heavily on scripted customer service designed to delay, deflect, and wear customers down rather than actually solve problems.

I genuinely cannot recommend ordering from Savanna Skin after this experience.

Scam the gummies don’t work gor a start. You cancel the subscription but they continue to take money. They took 4 x £179 over 1 month ridiculous

Do not buy! First, they fraudulently got my credit card number, and mailed me product. After several attempts, my only option to contact was via email. They come up with all kinds of excuse and agreed to 70% refund, and assured that my information was canceled and deleted. Again, I did NOT order this. Four weeks later, I got another order and they charged me $130! Again, more emails and they agreed that it was there mistake, but, could not refund and would offer me another partial refund…. Lastly, there website says you cancel any time, and has a link that goes nowhere. You CANNOT cancel your order, and you cannot cancel any subscription… again, fraudulent company who fraudulently finds credit card number info and charges you for product you did not want, nor order.

product doesn't work purchased a 1 off order for £15 only to find they took a further £38 pound for the 2nd month supply without my consent or request & to try & cancel this wasn't possible so please don't purchase this product you might as well put your money in the bin .

I ordered the discount deal first time and tried to cancel the order within less than 8 hours and I was told by Kayla how sorry she was and offered me a 30% refund and a promised that account was canceled and no future charges or shipments would occur, then the next thing I know I have a charge from my account for $127.98, then 7 days later another $127.98 hit my account, Kayla claiming there must have been a glitch and she offered me a partial refund, I have been back and 2 with the idiots for a complete refund in the amount of $255.78 from the April 8 and April 14 charge. and they wanna offer me a 70% refund?! HELL NO! My attorney is now drawing up suit against them. and they will also be sued for any and all legal charges! After the second charged I had to cancel by debit card, its the only way to stop them from future charges!
So if I could give a no star I would all it’s been is a hassle and a tremendous headache.

This company sucks and is a scam. The product doesn’t work for one and then I was charge for a second order of 195$ which I didn’t approved of, got a hold of them and cancelled the subscription and was told it was cancel and received an email. Not even 10days later got charge again for 195$ and another shipment was being shipped.
I immediately email them and told them I didn’t want it to stop the process and was told it was out of their hands which was crap. They tried to offered me a precentage back for a refund and I could keep the product and I was like no o don’t want it o wanted my full refund as the subscription was and had been cancelled and they told me it was a technical glitch and I was it not my fault your company system is screwed up and I have to pay for something I didn’t order. Well after about two of emails I decided to let my bank handle it and I made sure my bank card has been deleted. So if I could give a no star I would all it’s been is a hassle and a tremendous headache.

I ordered the merch and received 1 bag as ordered.
Then a second order arrived with a jar of facial scrub which I did not order and they charged me double the first order. I immediately emailed them and told them about the order that I never ordered. They told me I signed up for a subscription, which I did not do. I told them to cancel everything, They said they would cancel the subscription(that I never signed up for)
and I would not receive any more product.
I received another order which I contacted the company again and received an Email from Kayla stating ''I have personally verified that your account is now fully deactivated, and no future shipments or charges will occur" I just received another order which is again double the price charged, but now you can not call or email the company. I have contacted my credit card company and they are disputing the charges. This is totally a scam!! There should be a button for scam because they should not even get one star.

Definitely would give them a minus if I could. They are a SCAM......Ordered the trial. Tried to contact company to cancel and could never get ahold of them. Not by phone(kept getting it was no longer in service), or email (they kept bouncing back as undeliverable). I was also charged for 3 more full price products, all in the same week. Their website, if you choose to go it, says it under new design and doesn't work!! My Bank is now incharge of investigating and my card was cancelled. STEER CLEAR!!!

The team are amazing, during a very difficult time for my family the staff were amazing in assisting me with my subscription and going the extra mile in offering a refund where there was no obligation for them to do so. The behaviours of the staff in their support of me provides an enormous insight into the values of the company.

This company is a Scammmmmm!!!!!!!!!! Stole so much money from Me!!! And then tried to offer a partial refund to keep your money. They are scammers!!!!!!

This company is a Scam!!!! Don’t ever order anything! I ordered tanning gummies and they charged me for subscription afterwards,$75 and after I contacted the customer service to cancel the subscription they charged me another $75. When I contacted them again they said it’s for refills of the tanning gummies which I never received and also who charges $75 and then another $75 in 2 days if it’s a monthly subscription. Overall this company will steal your money so do yourself a favor and never order anything there!

Minus score really - kept taking £90 out of my bank account when I had already told them to cancel - numerous emails offering 20% or 30% refund but nothing ever happens

£350 taken out of my account for a website I didn't sign up for, had to cancel my card to ensure no more money was taken.
Bank refunded my money as my emails to them 'eventually' ended with the offering me 40% of £350 🙄 They can't access my account anymore but.........had 3 packets of bloody tanning gummies delivered today !!!!
