Scam! It’s a subscription and when u cancel they continue to take money from your account. The actual product is useless and I have been charged £91 twice for a product I didn’t order. AVOID

Got a so called 2 months worth of gummies on a free trail and have now received more and been billed . This product is a waste of money as My skin tone hasn't changed . Out and out crooks

If I could give a zero I would! Stay away-this is a scam. Never subscribed, but they continued to charge my account and would not cancel. Plus this junk did nothing. I just hope I am not poisoned by this crap!

DO NOT ORDER. Savanna skin are SCAMMERS. Placed an order which took weeks to arrive and then took two further payments without my permission.
Been in contact with their customer services and they are trying to wiggle out of paying the full amount back.
I’ve contacted my bank and added them to a block list so they can’t take anymore from my account. My bank said they are well known to them for scamming people. Was advised to do a charge back for the items they took without permission. Savanna skin are trying to get me to cancel the charge back but not offering the full amount back. They owe me £96.68

My order was £26.96 1st April
£48.34 taken on 13th April
£48.34 taken on 17th April

Said it’s a subscription but I didn’t sign up for a subscription and why would it be nearly double my original order and twice in one week. No emails from them have mentioned a subscription.

Don’t be scammed like me. Don’t order from them. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I am out of pocket by £180.28 for 2 purchases I didn’t order then offered partial compensation for their mistake Why would I not want a full refund when the orders were not placed

How is this company still scamming people when they do the same over and over again

Surely this is a fraudulent company and should be investigated.

I have canceled connection with this company but today I received more product from them. They can’t charge me anything because I changed my bank debit card. When I contacted them to remind them I had canceled they gave me a crazy reason I had been sent product again and they would give me 15% off on the price so I could keep it. How can a scam company like this stay in business. If you are being ripped off by the them please change your debit card info or block them on your credit card.

I would have given zero stars if that had been an option. Items sent without being ordered at a cost of £90+. Admission of error on their part but keep offering partial refunds. Why would I accept less than the price paid when I never placed the order? DO NOT buy anything from this company. Absolutely dire and will require me to raise the fraud with my credit card provider. So much stress.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a promo of this product and got it in. Does not work at all. But, I did not realize it was a subscription. I have reached out and was told that I would get a 30% refund and the subscription was cancelled. As of today, no refund and they have just taken money out of my account again. I am disputing with the bank but cannot get them to reply. Terrible company and customer service.

Total ripoff. Won't cancel the subscription so I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank.

I was tricked by savanna skin into a subscription that I didn’t want . After Kayla at customer service assured me I was taken off the subscription list I was charged for two more orders of $64.78. I’ve never been so unhappy with an online retailer.
Kayla lied to me . I ended up needing to cancel my debit card
Messing up every other account on the card . Very crooked company

I have sent email after email and told them to stop sending these gummies. I have received a response saying they will stop and I get another package in the mail. I have email proof that they have canceled everything and then I continue to receive them They have no phone number to reach them and they are such scams. It went through a shop account and I have tried to delete my card and closed a credit so the cannont use it and it continues. Do not order from this company, they are a complete scan and the gummies do not work by any means.

Garbage scam company. Subscription even though you don’t choose that option. Can’t get ahold of them. When you are finally able to cancel they will charge you twice and not even send you the bunk product.

Can't believe I'm still reading these reviews a month after I wrote mine stating that savanna skin is an absolute scam. It's not a legit company. Wish I had read trust pilot before I made my purchase. Fortunately I have got my money back that they took out without my consent, only by going through my bank. I definitely would not recommend this online retailer and they should not be able to sell any more products, with or without a customers consent . Reading all the other comments on trust pilot, I'm absolutely gobsmacked that they have the audacity to still advertise their business

Put you on a subscription you did not sign up for and keep charging you repeatedly, once 3 times in one month and refuse to give a refund even after I told them I didn’t want their product or to be on any subscription the first time. Said an error in their system happened and kept charging me. Needless to say this company is a scam and needs to be shut down immediately!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS CLEARLY IN THE GAME OF STEALING FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE. THE PRODUCT IS CRAP AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. THEY JUST KEEP BLOWING THE SAME SMOKE WITH NO RESULTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS AND THEIVES

tHIS COMPANY ARE FRAUDULENT !! they misreprisent themselves and then continue to keep sending products and charging you despite being informed that you never ever asked to be subscribed for future products . I have a whole host of emails from them offering me discounts to keep the product despite me telling them i never ordered them !! i am looking to take legal action and my bank have been told not to pay any amounts to them BEWARE !!!!!!
