Sent the thing off(Gain 810), paid for the repair: Leo fixed it and returned it. Couldn’t ask for any better efficiency. The Garmin is working fine. Can’t beat that for effectiveness. So efficient, effective and good customer care. What can I say, other than great job, thanks

Good communication and fast turnaround to fit a new battery in my Garmin cycling computer. I sourced the battery myself but couldn't do the installation. Saved me hundreds on a new computer and should last a few more years.

Really quick service. Very pleased overall from my initial telephone enquiry with Leo to receiving my Garmin Edge 830 back with new screen a few days later. Repair was to a malfunctioning screen due to waterlogged from all the recent rain!

I sent my Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones to be fixed after one of the hinges snapped. The process using SaveMyDevice was quick and easy and they were returned to me fixed within a few days.
