Avoid their hard sell on warranty - you can get cheaper directly from the manufacturer (certainly the case for BMW), and they refused to let me cancel this a week after signing up for it. despite the warranty not even starting for 2 months.

Great support from Jenna and Sunny from the moment I first came into the showroom to view a vehicle, to the final day of car collection. Thank you both.

Sunny was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He couldn’t have been more helpful, and everything was done with a smile. He made the whole process of buying our new car so smooth and stress-free, keeping us updated throughout and taking the time to explain everything clearly, including the different options available and the warranty.

Aymane also did a fantastic job getting all the contractual paperwork sorted promptly and efficiently, making the whole experience straightforward from beginning to end.

Great to deal with on the day of buying the car. Unfortunately let down by the experience on collection. I was waiting around and when they then finally come over to tell me that there was a problem with my part ex which ment they had over valued it. Which they asked me to pay half even though they had inspected the car before valuation was done. After this was resolved i was then told they dont have the v5 so i needed to fill a v62 and the the tax would need to be done direct debit but i could drive the car away and they would send the paperwork off. After 4 days i was checking the tax and it was showing as untaxed so i contacted the DVLA and they informed me that it was not taxed and that if it was done it would show on there system. I contacted saxton and they told me it had been done but could not show me a receipt for proof. I then got a new v62 filled it out and went to the post office myself and sorted the tax checked online later that day and the vehicle was taxed seems like they didnt do it there end. When i got my log book through i then contacted mercedes to check the service history as i was told it had full service history and they came back with one service being done. I was also told that they would do a service but again i have not been given anything to say it has been done but the light has been reset on the car. In conclusion my experience before was great but upon collection and after care was terrible.
