Good communication

In 2023, Rhino played an essential role in my perfect love story. After reconnecting on my birthday ten years, my college sweetheart and I decided we wanted to shorten the distance between us and relocate to a new city and state. Although we saved and prepared for what felt like forever, we were hit with a curve ball along the way. Due to our credit, the perfect townhome we found would not accept us moving in without a month in advance deposit of nearly $1800. This completely threw us for a curve as we almost had to postpone our move and put a pause on what we worked so hard towards. Luckily, our leasing agent told us about Rhino and how the company may be able to help with this matter. Rhino allowed us to pay a small fraction and a week later, we were traveling from California to Kansas City, MO. We will forever be grateful for the assistance Rhino provided us to help make our fairytale possible. Now after a year later, I am happy to say we are engaged and planning our wedding. I never knew about this product/service until it was offered by my rental management at the Terraces of Elk Grove and much easier on the wallet than coming up with a deposit and however many months are required. Grace and Caitlyn @ Rhino customer service answered all of my questions and the website was easy to access and use.

Easy process

Rhino has made our situation with rent doable for the past year. Their flexibility is unmatched - especially in this economy! Plus, we just had a baby a couple months ago & the flexibility has been wonderful due to our limited income during that time. Rhino is a true blessing!

This is a great option for not having to pay the huge amount of deposit up front. It does give a piece of mind that, if anything happens in the apartment per say, the damage is covered. It's a safety net.

Hello my name is Jonathan.Well what makes this company great is they work with you when you might not be able to pay at the time of payment. I came to this company from a hotel with my son His mom is in prison for shooting me in the leg. She almost killed me. I’ve a bullet three screws and a rod in my leg from .45 caliber bullet that’s still lodged in my leg.These people really give you a chance to upgrade your life circumstances as well as provide for your family. I’ve been very fortunate to be part of a great organization from a customer stand point. I’ve full custody of my son and without this company me and my son would have been on the streets. It took me almost this year to fully be able to stand again for hours.He is two years old and he will be three in 19 days. We’ve had misfortune from old management and not wanting to work with us on no level to resolve balance to get our rent paid. Our funds are depleted and I thank god for this company have a blessed evening. I pray we received the financial help we need so dearly from this organization. God bless this organization and the families of the people who work for this organization these people really are very humble and graceful.
