Ho acquistato una moto usata con uno scarico SC Project Oval.
Ho avuto qualche problema con l'installazione del dB killer ed ho pensato di contattarli per un riscontro in merito.
Avevo dei dubbi sul supporto non avendo comprato direttamente io lo scarico, ma sono stati super gentili e super disponibili. Per non parlare della rapidità nella risposta e nella risoluzione del problema in tempi record!
Molto soddisfatto, sia del prodotto, ma soprattutto dall'assistenza.

Personalmente monto uno scarico in carbonio SC1, ma a parte l'ottimo prodotto, vorrei sottolineare la professionalità e gentilezza del servizio di assistenza clienti, sempre veloce, disponibile e soprattutto efficace nel rispondere alle richieste e risolvere problemi.
I miei più sinceri complimenti...!

Ho acquistato gli scarichi x z1000sx, prodotto eccezionale, sound meraviglioso, leggerissimi e di grande fattura con materiali nobili.
L'unico appunto l'attesa oltre i giorni previsti x la consegna e la poca comunicazione verso il cliente.

Order online from the UK. VAT deducted without asking and the exhausts arrived in just one week.
Quality is superb!

Customers are not important for the SC Project company on there webstore they tell you 5 to 20 days delivery time well , now 38 days and still nothing , ask for information and they tell you nothing because of privacy reasons, Italian arrogance , just go for an other brand exhaust and leave SC project to the left side.

First they said that they will deliver in 3-4 Weeks.
After 6 Weeks I asked again and now they tell me that they dont even know when the exhaust will be ready to deliver.
How did they even get so succesful with that customer service ??

It’s been 11 weeks since I’ve ordered my exhaust and not one person is able to give me a ETA on when it will arrive. The customer service from sc project Italy is absolutely terrible. They don’t even give their suppliers any useful updates.

Ho avuto un problema con il montaggio e ho ricevuto assistenza fino alla risoluzione del problema.

SC-Project bietet scheinbar Qualität an, aber von Kundenzufriedenheit ist man hier an der falschen Adresse. Über Lieferzeiten wird beim Kauf gelogen und erst wenn man eine E-Mail schreibt bekommt man Mal eine Information zu seiner Bestellung. Das bringt nur leider auch nichts, weil dort mit "Materialengpässen" oder einem "hohen Auftragsvolumen" vertröstet wird. Es bleibt nichts anderes als warten oder Stornierung übrig. Für fast 1000€ für einen Endtopf habe ich doch etwas mehr erwartet als das. Natürlich kann es immer zu unvorhersehbaren Verzögerungen kommen, aber wenn man Mal googlet, wird man fündig und Kunden haben bereits vor mehreren Jahren die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht. Es ist einfach schade, dass SC-PROJECT der einzige gescheite Anbieter ist für schöne Endtöpfe und schönen Klang. Hätte ich eine Wahl, dann würde ich direkt wo anders bestellen.

La SC fa senza ombra di dubbio dei bei terminali estetici e con un bel sound, ma ho comprato uno scarico Sc S1 neanche 1 anno fa..e per causa di una caduta ,volevo riacquistarlo,peccato che mi hanno risposto che è fuori produzione.
Non è molto che è uscito questo terminale ed è già fuori produzione,capisco il NON fare magazzino,ma una casa come SC mi aspettavo avesse un'po' più di garanzia nei prodotti!!
Stessa cosa mi è successa anni fa ,con un altra moto e un altro scarico..dopo poco tempo era fuori produzione.

Although they indicated on their website that they would send the package within 15 days, they failed to fulfill this commitment. When I inquired about the package's whereabouts, they attributed the delay to a shortage of materials. However, they never mentioned this issue to me during our earlier conversations, and only did so after the 15-day deadline had already passed. Their conduct is highly misleading and unprofessional.

I tentatively ordered on line an SC Project SC1-R in Titanium for my new KTM Super Duke R direct from the factory in Italy, this was after being put off by the suggested cost and wait for delivery by the uk supplier.
It worked out to be about £100 cheaper which also meant it then was under the imported tax threshold for HMRC. I received an email instantly thanking me for my order,also telling me they would let me know when it was being dispatched. I had another one an hour later saying it had been. This was followed up by another email from FedEx saying they had collected my parcel and giving me a tracking number with an expected date of delivery. This was to be a week after I placed my order, not the 4 to 6 weeks I was lead to believe by the uk supplier. I then had regular updates from FedEx.
The exhaust arrived in only 6 days. The packaging was excellent as was the quality of the exhaust. Just waiting to collect my new bike with it already being fitted by the dealer on March the first. I’ve watched all the You Tube videos, so I know what to expect.
First class service from SC Projects in Italy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.👍

Ganz ganz falsche Lieferzeiten angegeben! Aus 3-7 Tage wurden 2.5 Monate und ein falsches Mittelstück, für welches ich noch den Rückversand zahlen musste und wieder über einen Monat auf das neue Teil warten musste!!! Absolut unzufrieden mit dem Service. Aber Sound ist mega
