SC-Project Reviews 

Okay so I will get the bad out of the way - delivery can take a lot longer than the 15 days promised on the site, SC project will respond but they aren't good at giving you accurate dates. I waited 7 weeks for delivery.
The exhaust itself is really well made as you would expect and fitted perfectly. I would buy from them again but if you aren't prepared to wait I would go elsewhere.
This was during Covid 19 so may improve in future.

It did arrive late but it is COVID dude, people are on ventilators and worse, productions get delayed etc. The other thing is when ever I enquired abut delivery the guys in WA did get back to me straight away. Let's talk product now: the exhaust is a work of art, if you cannot handle how loud it is - because it is !@#$ing loud I have to say - you can display it in your man cave it is so beautiful. Bike: R1M 2016.

If delivery takes long time, stay calm, they were struggling because the covid lockdown and a lot of orders were on hold.

i waited 2 months for my exhaust, when i wrote the customer service they told me about a time they would send it.

As you guys can guess i installed the exhaust the same day it arrived - IT IS WORTH, for a sound like this i would wait 2 years if necessary!!!!

Ordered an exhaust 3 weeks ago. Got an email it should be ready 7th of August. So I contacted them, got a response telling me it's going to take another 3 weeks. It's only a muffler (which fits more bikes) and a custom link pipe.

So 1th of September, the exhaust arrived. Well packed and with 3 heat resistant stickers. Everything looks very nice, the welds are very very nice. Afterall the wait was long, but in the end when you hear the exhaust, it was all worth it. If you have patience I would recommend to buy SC project. If you want it fast, contact them if the exhaust is in stock.

I ordered on Wednesday 15th July - I was initially informed on 23rd July that my Exhaust was under Production and would take 3 weeks (15 working days)
Now on 4th August when I should be receiving my exhaust i have been informed that the production department is congested & it will now be 4-5 weeks from receipt of payment - clearly my exhaust wasn't in Production at all - Poor Service from a well known company - seems to take an age to have an email response back & no customer care! Who knows when I will receive my exhaust.

First of all the customer service is one of the baddest i’ve experienced of all time. After a month of waiting the full system i ordered finally arrived , but then the problems begun. When i tried to mount the exhaust it just would not fit , too short, touching in places it doesn’t need to touch, not aligning correctly,... customer service is not friendly at all! Disappointed en never buying sc project again, with a lot of regret cuz they’re in my apinion one of the most beautiful aftermarket exhausts you can buy.

Acceptable product but atrocious customer service. Please avoid.

I do not understand the bad rating.
Did not want to order at first, because of the bad rating.
Ordered an exhaust in Denmark on Wednesday afternoon, delivered from Italy on Friday afternoon in a stable packaging via fedex.
It really doesn't get any faster.
I was very well informed about the delivery status at all times.
The exhaust looks very high quality.
I am very satisfied with the service and the product and would highly recommend SC project.

mon pot aurais déjà dû être expédié depuis 5 jours et aujourd'hui je reçois un mail de Fedex pour me dire que le pot part ce jour de l'usine et qu'il sera livré dans 6 jours
abus d’excès de lenteur, 2 de tension, honteux
5 semaines pour avoir mon pot
et même pas un geste commercial
chez eux si t'es pas comptant c'est la même.
j'espère juste que la qualité du produit rattrapera leur jemenfoutisme manque de professionnalisme

J’ai commandé ( sur le site du fabriquant) mon silencieux sc project carbone pour f800r bmw jeudi soir et je l’ai recu le mardi matin de la semaine suivante, le produit est d’une belle qualité, simple a monter et a une sonorité magnifique.
Je recommande

fournisseur à éviter de toute urgence; j'ai commandé un pot d'échappement début avril 2017 (et payé). ils annonçaient 12 jours de délai de livraison. au 11 juillet 2017 toujours il n'est toujours pas livré. pire, les relations avec cette entreprise fantôme sont épistolaires. a chaque relance (hebdomadaire) ils répondent que ce sera livré dans quelques jours. bref ils ne savent rien, ne sont pas professionnels et sont menteurs. quand on demande le nom du patron, on ne nous le donne pas. on ne connait pas plus le nom de la personne qui nous répond ces sottises chaque semaine....très déçu et en colère contre ces gens méprisant le client

A month and still waiting for product. Constantly had to chase to get any feedback on what was causing the delay. Bad all round customer service.
