Temi was great
Temi was incredibly professional and easy to work with. After I signed up, she reached out to explain that I might have overpaid stamp duty and clearly walked me through the entire process. Her explanation made perfect sense, and I felt very comfortable dealing with her from the start. Temi requested a few documents from me to support the claim, and she was patient and understanding while I gathered everything. The whole experience felt honest, straightforward, and well-organised. I'd definitely recommend.
