Was really looking forward to getting my unit. It does work really well. However the battery does not perform as stated in the advertising. Even on the lowest settings the battery needs recharging every 12 hours or less. Such a shame

Edit. Tonight I have emailed James and he has responded very quickly. They will send a new unit to replace the faulty one. James said that I could keep the original one. However I want to send it back to them so they can see or find out what the issue is.

Now that’s what I call 100% customer service.

Purchased the Diffuser as well as some oils over two seperate orders. Only just received the diffuser and first impressions are that it's exactly what was described. Very quiet and efficient and dispurses the oil like magic even though I trialled it with some cheaper quality alternative oils that I had from my previous diffuser - not in the same league as Scandiscents!) Haven't yet received the Scandiscent oils as only purchased those only yesterday, however James in CS dealt with a minor issue I had that was entriely my own fault and resolved it quickly and without any hassle whatsoever at all. This company produces brillaint products and backs it all up with first class after sales service which is why they are so highly rated. Would highly recommned to anyone. Best diffuser I've personaly ever bought.

excellent customer service answered queries very quickly. the halo diffuser is lovely. it is slightly noisy but you get used to it . the smell it gives off fills my room quite nicely

There were some issues with one of the products I ordered but the team were incredibly supportive and resolved the issues promptly and without question. Thank you! I bought 3 diffusers, all of which leak. I rarely use them as such, as they damage furniture. I contacted customer services however they didnt really help. I’ve only really used one and it’s fully falling apart, I’m guessing due to the essential oil leaking all over the unit.

Well I had a problem with my diffuser not charging....by the way these diffusers are amazing 😍....but unfortunately after 6 Weeks it stopped charging correctly....I chat messaged which was brilliant....James was truly a star and they sending out a new one for me....it's really unbelievable as truly didn't expect that and how easy it was ...but I do believe it you honest and trust.... companies will do there best and in this case .... scandicents your amazing and I love your products..... thankyou James ....🥰❤️xxx

Excellent diffuser & oils from a company with an absolutely fantastic sales team…any issues are dealt with by friendly & efficient staff. Don’t hesitate to purchase!!!

Having used quite a lot of sprays etc, which haven’t always been a strong smell and never ever hides the dog smell, I thought I would purchase having seen a few adverts. I was extremely sceptical as I always seen to get pulled into adverts and when delivered they do not live up to expectations. However, this time I was proven wrong. The scent lasts for ages and you have the ability to change the frequency of spray and how long it is active for. The designer scents smell absolutely like the real thing and every time I walk on the room it is filled with such awesome scents. On top of all this customer service second to none and keeps you updated throughout the whole ordering process to delivery.

Genuinely one of my favourite purchases. I don’t need to use a candle anymore and i use it everyday, i can’t stop using it. One of the oils lasted me 3 months and i can’t wait to try the others. I definitely recommend it!

No response bought 2 1 has stopped working!

Bought 3 of these. 1 isn’t working properly - noisy, no real smell being emitted. Reported it to customer services last Thursday. Need someone to advise how I return the faulty unit for a replacement please asap.

Update - replacement received thank you. Wonderful scents!

Recieved my unit yesterday so happy with this that I plan to purchase a 2nd unit brilliant 👏

I bought a car diffuser from Scandiscents which was reduced from £29 to £19. It took a long time to arrive but when it did, it came in a very cheap black box with no Scandiscents branding on the box, instructions or item. The instructions are not grammatically correct. Something I would expect to have come straight from China. I genuinely cannot believe the price I have paid for this and even more shocked that it has been bought from a company who I have previously respected. Very very disappointed and I feel like it goes against their values. At least have your branding put somewhere on the overpriced item or packaging you are selling. I have also tried to contact them and have had no response. I have left a review with pictures which I expect will not appear on the website.

Really good the fragrance of oils are really fresh.the wireless affect is amazing for our room as limited to plugs.

I ordered a Halo Diffuser and oils. Unpacked it and read the instructions. Charged it for 3 hours as advised but it wouldn't turn on.
Requested a return but haven't had a reply. Sent a second email and still no reply. Tried the chatbox but no-one to chat with. Needless to say I'm not impressed with the lack of response.
