I ordered based on a Facebook ad. The ad stated that I would receive a bag with my shipment. I have not received the bag yet, snd now my 2nd shipment is on it's way. No explanation, no contact about when/if I will receive the bag. I am trying to be patient....

I love scentbird I got my first scent and loved it.nMy second is on the way. I love it because it came when they said. I don't have to commit to a full bottle. And I can try what perfumes I've always wanted to try. I love this would recommend to everyone
