They make it deliberately impossible to cancel the subscription. I tried to cancel on the website and was told
To email. I did so and was still charged the following month. Absolutely appalling.

I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND DO TO THE FACT I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME THE AMOUNTS FOR BOTH MONTHS. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED IT TO THE USPS AS WELL. THE USPS STATED TO ASK FOR A REFUND. THIS IS TERRIBLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GET THIS PRODUCT AGAIN AND IF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ASK ABOUT IT, I WILL TELL THEM NOT TO GET A SUBSCRIPTION. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK FOR SOMETHING THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. THAT ISN'T TOO HARD TO DO.

This company took $29.63 from my paypal…
This company took $29.63 from my paypal account this month after I canceled the subscription on the 2nd of September. Do not sub, they make it very difficult to cancel the subscription which is against FTC. Companies are required to make canceling a subscription or recurring membership as easy as it was to sign up. I reported them to the BBB.
