First shipment broke due to USPS quick fix with reshipping

Mi primera experiencia tuvo que ver más con el tiempo de entrega, duró más o menos dos semanas, pero según entendí era por el mal clima, pronto volveré a comprar y deseo que no haya mal clima para valorar todo de acuerdo a las condiciones normales.

I still haven't received my items. I ordered them on Sept. 15 and here it is the 23rd and still nothing. The tracking says that someone created a shipping label but they never received the items to be shipped. I reached out to the seller and they said they don't know why I haven't received my items yet. They said they would send out a replacement with extra samples...and yet still I have not received even the email with the tracking...that was 2 days ago...I guess they just ripped me off for $62.75

Finally, my items arrived. The seller told me that they have had a number of problems with USPS which doesn't surprise me , it's runned by our government and they screw up EVERYTHING. The seller did say that they would send a replacement order with "extra samples". I guess I will have to wait and see if those arrive...either way, I got what was paid for, so I"m happy about that. I gave you 3 stars just because just because of the mishap. I don't want this review to deter others from ordering from you. So, for those of you who read this review, take it with a grain of salt and place an order.
