It was really easy to use and the map images as to where the parking areas are is superb...I wasn't originally a fan of this model in the beginning, but decided to try it...There was a truckstop I could still go to during my first usage, but as an owner operator business owner, I gave it a try...It was a great experience and the spot I chose was perfect...Got some of the best sleep I've had in a long time...And because of this business model, I'm now thinking about buying some land that's for sale near where I live and reach out to Parking Club about partnering up...This is a long awaited and overdue system that truck drivers need because the government won't and will not address the parking issues...So us private people have to...

truck parking club is a hit top notch , easy to be a member , they really care for your situation for a better solution . I couldn't ask for a better app, thanks truck parking club.

I parked at "Truck Parking Club", Watts / Imperial Hwy lot over the weekend.... and our truck got stuck in this gravel, parking lot.. i called "Truck Parking Club", 4 or 5x about being stuck in there yard.. no one would call me back nor assist me with getting unstuck at their yard. I had to sleep in my truck, stuck in the middle of the yard over night, until morning when I decided to call a wrecker to get me unstuck. No assistance from; owner of the property or "Truck Parking Club". This will be my last time parking with "Truck Parking Club", they are willing to take your money, but not to assist you when things go wrong on their end. Truckers... if you need parking, use another app instead! No help or support.

12yrs OTR experience. Parking is getting difficult. Robert called me from Truck Parking Club to get my opinion on stay at one of their locations. The call ended up helping me find Parking space close to my home when I take home time thank you.

At first great concept add more parking where there was none or little
But greed got in the way now they say they added all of this new parking which is a lie they are moving into truck stops & stations that were already parking for trucks mostly free and now we have to pay truck parking club to park there
This company is run by realestate company that wants to ripoff hard working truckers to pad their pockets this company is not for truckers it is for greedy people

Collected the trailer on 07/07, but still kept charging me every month. Last charge was on 08/11 for months storage in advance (until 09/11). After contacting them and trying to explain that we dont need it any more, still refused to refund money and kept the booking till 09/11.
Genuine company would never go that far...

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using TruckParkingClub. My biggest concern is the way funds are handled within the app. Having money remain tied up in an account rather than being promptly returned or made easily accessible is frustrating and, in my opinion, an unacceptable way to do business.

As a paying customer and professional driver, I expect transparency, fair policies, and reasonable access to my own money. Instead, this experience left me feeling as though the system is designed to benefit the company at the customer’s expense.

When drivers are already dealing with fuel costs, parking expenses, and the everyday financial demands of being on the road, having funds unnecessarily held can create a real inconvenience. Customers should not have to fight to regain access to money that belongs to them.

TruckParkingClub seriously needs to reconsider how it handles customer funds and improve its customer service and refund process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Drivers deserve better transparency, accountability, and treatment from a company that depends on their business.

They are taking already existing spots and adding a fee they are not helping any driver period Truckparkingclubscam.com look a5 most of there sites preexisting or not large enough for tractor trailers and no facilities for the driver ans some have already kicked them out and they won't remove there signs tells me they are underhanded and still collecting on those sites .

This is nothing more than trying to make money off a hard working trucker's back. You cannot trust that the spot you "rented" is actually okay - they don't even check the true property owner. You might get kicked out, questioned, etc. This is a gigantic scam. You're better off, if you really need to, to pay Pilot, Flying J, Petro, etc their parking fee. At least it is actually legit, unlike this horrible service who pays influencers to sing their praises and you can't ever really know which, if any, positive reviews are real. BEWARE!

Mrs Kim was amazing with assisting me with getting my park spot I purchased and when I was on the line with her we lost connection due battery died and as so as my phone turnt on she was still reaching out to assist me after we lost connection. She was patient and very helpful!

This is a good spot if u want to breathe and go eat a steak without getting your bumper ripped off

am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. My account is fully paid, yet the locks were changed without notice, preventing me from accessing my unit. As a result, I am now going to be late picking up my daughter. This is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. Why would you change the code for member that pay every Mo?

As the owner of **North American Trucking Incorporated**, I have never dealt with a more frustrating and unprofessional parking service than Truck Parking Club.

I reserved a parking space near Casa Grande because I had a high-paying load to pick up after dropping my trailer. After paying, I drove approximately 40 minutes to the location only to find a dairy farm with absolutely no signs, no directions, and nobody available to tell me where I was supposed to park. I spent nearly an hour walking around trying to locate the space. To make matters worse, I was expected to provide my own large piece of wood to place under my trailer because they claimed the ground was too soft. That should have been my first warning.

Since that location was unusable, I paid for a second parking spot. I then drove another 30 minutes only to discover what appeared to be nothing more than an unmarked dirt lot off the highway. Again, there were no signs, no clear instructions, no security, and nothing that gave me confidence I was even on legitimate private property. I was expected to leave tens of thousands of dollars' worth of equipment in an unmarked dirt field.

After wasting nearly three hours, driving all over the area, and paying for **two different parking reservations**, I lost the load I was supposed to pick up. That cost me far more than the parking fees. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility or making things right, I felt like they blamed me. Their offer to "help" came only after the damage had already been done. By that point, the load was gone, my time had been wasted, and they still refused to refund either reservation.

Professional drivers don't have hours to waste chasing imaginary parking spots. Time is money in this industry, and Truck Parking Club cost me both. Between the wasted fuel, lost revenue, lost load, and terrible customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've had in trucking.

I will never use Truck Parking Club again, and I strongly recommend that other owner-operators and carriers think twice before trusting this company with their equipment or their schedule.

I Have To Say Thanks Andre!!! FOR Helping with my parking 10 out of 10 BEST customer service I ever experienced!!!!!

The best experience! We use the club often. We have many trucks running all over the United States and we need safe places to park our trucks and trailers. In this situation we were in a very tough situation where I need to get my driver back home to Maryland for an emergency from Texas. The truck and trailer was 150ft long and I was having such a tough time finding a lot that was large enough and have easy enough access to fit. Kim Jaikes and her husband John hopped right into action and stay in constant communication with me for 3 days while we looked for a suitable location. They supplied a few great options that would work and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Me and my team are very grateful and appreciative there are people like them. Excellent product, parking sharing is new and not uberified you know? Staff is supremely helpful and kind experienced former drivers. I'm torn between keep it secret and tell everyone you know 🤣

Honestly a horrible company and another example of what is wrong with trucking. Between brokers (middlemen) stealing in many cases over 50% of the rate while charging 20% , then it’s a company like this. Nickel and diming truckers right out of existence. Places we used to park for free we now see your signs. For you to then post articles or ask us what’s wrong with this industry is just a slap in the face.
