I made a review on my on my experience and the spirit wasn't great the first time but the lady that I spoke to Kim was very helpful she did promise me that she was going to refund me the money and she did so I made the mistake thinking it was going back to my account but it went to the cash wallet so this is my apology for making the wrong review and but overall this company is doing right they were honest they did send the money and they did refund me immediately what they said they were going to do I saw it and this is me giving another review to fix my other review and I'm still going to use their service and hopefully we'll have a good working relationship further down the line so if anybody is looking for an honest company this would be the best one to go to

When the world has it's misunderstanding of what's what's, it's that one person who utters pleasant words to let anyone know I would like to help you get through that. I meet Kim at Truck Parking Club, and guess what People, Kim is that person you should talk to. It should be a law. Thanks Kim. I'm glad you shared that "TIME " with me.

I had a big rig trailer squat on my property for 5 days without payment! No help from truck parking club. I signed up for truck parking for my large lot in a residential area. nothing happened for 6 months, not surprising since need is limited. I was out of town and I saw on my cameras a large trailer pull in, too big and illegal for zoning. I called truck parking club and they did nothing about the illegal trailer squatting on my property for 5 days without payment. Truck parking club said they would deal with it and pay me anyway, but they merely deleted my membership. I've heard from multiple neighbors about the illegal truck and they wont let up complaining.

Kim was very responsive in a time of need. If you ever need parking give Truck Parking Club a go. It will save you and your clock.

The after hrs people are awesome especially Andre who literally walked me thru after I messed up and couldn’t find the place. This is a great place to park but DO NOT pull into the Duke energy entrance or the cops will show up( long story). Thank you Andre for all your help and once again I appreciate you being so patient with me.

Excellent customer service! Friendly and responsive, most of the hosts respond immediately and will handle any issues you have at locations. I have used TruckParkingClub consistently and will continue to do so, highly recommended!!

I started using Truck Parking Club about a year ago, and at first I wasn't sure about it, but now it's a must-have tool. The locations are spot on most of the time when you need it the most. When you're running out of time, working on recaps, or it's late at night and you can't find a spot, Truck parking club truly has your back.

Truck Parking Club is very convenient with an array of lots to choose from usually nearby your destination and it's affordable with choices from daily, weekly, or monthly options. All of the facilities have 24/7 monitoring or security of some kind. Easy entrance with keypads and/or unlock app features right from the booking tabs. My only concern that they're getting better at is the customer service automation. I would prefer an option where the responsiveness is much quicker than the automated call number or form to reach out to customer service. Usually they respond within 24hrs

Was recently out of state and wanted to stay a week and signed up with TruckparkingClub. N they had so much parking around I picked a gated location and so far it’s been great I would 100% recommend it.
