My experience with SCG has had its good and not-so-good moments, but what makes the difference is having an account manager like Ismail. He understands the importance of customer satisfaction and is always approachable, proactive and professional. Whenever an issue arises, he ensures it is dealt with efficiently while communicating openly and directly throughout the process. Knowing there is someone at the other end of the phone or email who genuinely takes ownership of your concerns makes a huge difference. Ismail consistently goes the extra mile to ensure matters are resolved and, most importantly, leaves you with peace of mind. A real credit to SCG!

We had an excellent experience dealing with Josh Pike at SCG. Josh made the relocation of our internet and telephone services to our new property completely seamless.

He was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process, taking the time to make sure everything was arranged correctly and that the transition went smoothly. Moving property can be stressful enough without having to worry about communications being disrupted, so having Josh manage everything so efficiently made a real difference.

The issue i had was promptly dealt with. Both the people I dealt with were very helpful and friendly, lovely to speak to a person rather than a machine.
