Grant provided excellent service to resolve something that, whilst caused by SCG's pre-advised line upgrade activity, which should have been seamless, wasn't on equipment that was provided by Southern however after being provided with the required access details he was happy to reconfigure the equipment for the new service and get the site up and running again thus saving one of our engineers a visit to the site. As always, the service provide by an SCG employee is excellent and they are always willing to help where practical.

My name is Mohammed Musab and I work for Horton Housing Association. I raised a ticket with SCG Corporate on the 10/09/2026 regarding an issue my colleague was experiencing with using the data services on her sim card.

This ticket was assigned to Ben who dealt with the ticket effectively and efficiently by resolving the issue in less then 24 hours.

Ben provided me with the ticket reference number straight away via email and kept me informed with the progress of the ticket. Ben had kindly resolved the issue by the 11/09/2026 at 9:09am by reconfiguring the data services on my colleagues sim card.

Ben kindly provided clear instructions via email and advised me to ask my colleague to try the relevant steps to resolve the issue. My colleague was very pleased as the issue was resolved.

Ben is always extremley helpful, supportive and has excellent customer service skills. Ben is very polite, courteous and a very skilled individual.
