After several attempts to log into my account using password reset links which did not seem to work, Joe called and helped me through the process. Response to a support ticket ID 3219229 by Linda Pearl. Issue: Mouse pad not working. Engineer on site (not Linda) Monday 18 May - looked at settings etc. - said raise a support ticket. I did so on 21 May. Acknowledged by SCG 22 May, they called me 26 May, we arranged a call back 27 May. She called - tried a few things, didn't work. Said she would send an email which she did. Email contained several suggestions one of which worked: "Look for a key with a touchpad icon (small square with a line) Press once to toggle ON/OFF". A screenshot of the "small square with a line" would have been helpful.

Its Xavier is a very good Guyana always helpful and he keeps the follow ups . Why i didn't give 5 stars as your technicians have to perform better as I asked many questions and they come up with dont know , who knows ?
