We have been with SCG for over 20 years. We needed to upgrade our old ISDN on-site telephone exchange and desk phones to the modern SIP VOIP system. They provided a cost competitive quote and simple migration process which included porting over our existing numbers, extensions, and internal and external phone directories. Their engineer installed 21 desk phones and provided basic training over two days. There was minimal disruption to the service and our users during this time. Some minor snagging issues were resolved very quickly. All in all, very happy with the process and all users report that the new phones are brilliant.

Usual fast response from Joe Conti for case number 3192526. This engineer installed our on-prem PABX system over 10 years ago - and has always provided top level and FAST service for our my company. Needless the say the other engineers at SCG also provide the same professional level of service whenever it is needed.

Joe was incredibly helpful in supporting us with the challenges we were facing. Talking me though each step and signposting to explore alternative options.

Problems with system access. Submitted a ticket for support with the issue. Danny Stevens called me to arrange a time for resetting the system before our work day started. This meant that Danny needed to come in earlier than his usual start time to enable this. We managed this via video call and everything was rebooted before our 8am opening time. Great customer support from Danny. Thank you!

My request was an administrative one, which was deal with very efficiently.

Recently had a visit from Dave - phone engineer, he was able to get our office phones back up and running after the cables had been damaged and our outside line restored again. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the system we were using. Fantastic thank you!!
