This feedback relates specifically to job 3144831 - James and Xavier were quick and thorough in completing our order. Both kept me informed of the order progress and worked to ensure any issues were dealt with quickly.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. They cut off our broadband with no compensation, and I’ve spent months trying to speak to someone to escalate my complaint. I’m also trying to leave their mobile service, and again I’ve been chasing them for months just to get basic information.
They’re overpriced, impossible to reach in urgent situations, and their customer support is practically non‑existent. I’ve never known a company make it this hard to resolve issues or simply move away.

The overall handling and delivery of the project was very good and both Abi/Sean and Ben specifically. A great start to our relationship with SCG.

Abigail provided strong support as Service Delivery Team Lead during our mobile phone refresh project. Given the scale of replacing over 1,000 handsets, the regular weekly meetings were particularly valuable in keeping communication consistent and progress on track. She was always approachable, responsive, and willing to assist with any queries we had throughout the process. Both Abi and Ian were very helpful in migrating our lines over to SCG also. We look forward to continuing to work with them.

I had an issue with my work phone sim which I had been trying to get resolved for 6 months. I was put in touch with Ben Cooper who quickly identified what the problem was and sent out a brand new sim and transferred my number over. This is fantastic and fast service and I'm really happy as I was unable to contact the public for my job for several months without a working mobile phone. Thank you!

Very helpful and responsive support team.

I wanted to know a bit more about how I could personalise my own 'dashboard' - Joe Conte was excellent. I shared my screen with Joe and he was able to walk me through it with ease. Not my first 'exchange' with Joe - he always informative and helpful - nothing is ever too much trouble.

Their email support service on Teams Voice setup is very responsive and they always call if something needs a more in depth discussion. I have had excellent support from Linda Pearl, Ivan and Shelton.

As always, Linda Pearl resolved my issue with no drama.

Ben Provided us with some excellent training and an overview about the different features within the class portal.

I found this training very beneficial as there were a lot of features that I was not aware of within the class portal.

Moving from our old phone system to our new system provided by SCG has been absolutely seamless and has gave us crucial features to run our business smoother and giving our customers a better experience when calling, resulting in customers being dealt with faster and more efficiently. But this was all made possible by Kellie Jones, firstly her telephone manner, being met with such a positive energy gives you initial confidence you are going to be receiving a top service, and that confidence was justified with how she listened to our needs and delivered us the phone system we required. Amazing would fully recommend.

I'm in the process of setting up a fleet maintenance workshop and needed a telephone line that gave me flexibility to answer calls anywhere. The Evonex solution that was proposed is perfect and the engineer (Dave) that i dealt with was very helpful from start to finish.
