I have had a very difficult time whilst being a customer with SCG corporate, however, during the later part of the migration of my business to a new provider I was extremely pleased to have been helped by Kellie Jones, Customer Hub Team Leader. She has made the final transition to my new provider as seamless as possible by being professional and helpful at all times.

We had instllations across 3 sites and from the first enquiry to the installtion I found the service to be excellent. The people i dealt with were friendly, helpful and informative throughout the whole process.
The installations themselves went very smoothly and the engineers David and Colin couldn't have been better.

Very good response from SCG to a concern that got flagged up.

I had a serious issue with my MFA solution. Mike Burton, Phil Clarke and Adam Fazilahmed provided excellent technical skills and 'can do' attitude.
The issue resolution involved 2 of my technology partners working together. Mike, Phil and Adam were open and professional and went above and beyond the entire time.

SCG maintain and monitor my IT and cyber security requirements. They recently called me to alert me to suspicious activity on my account and that they had blocked it, so no damage could be done. Great service!

I had an issue with my SIM card and reached out for help. The customer service I received was genuinely excellent. They were quick to respond, friendly throughout, and made sure the problem was fully resolved.

My new SIM was sorted in no time, and my phone is now working perfectly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about its customers. Highly recommended.

Ticket# 3093288... Ian VB was very helpful & quick in reconfiguring our replacement handset. This meant the downtime was kept to a minimum so that the reception could continue their work with no real interruptions or issues.
