I had previously requested an out of office email message putting on to on of my team's emails but had no response so followed this up and Craig immediately arranged this and got back to me to confirm it had been done on the same day.

Joe was quick to respond and resolved the issue, ticket no. 3081701, in no time! He followed up with a courtesy call and a quick training session. This was much appreciated. Thank you.
