Moving any system can be difficult for any business, but moving a customer facing element makes things even more complex and important to get right, the team at SCG have been critical to us moving to a new phone system including hardware upgrade and have made the whole process as painless and seamless as possible. All the team at SCG have been great in particular David Murdoch who built the system based on our feedback and needs, installed hardware and provided critical after care. Which allowed us to go live as planned and on schedule.

Yesterday, two engineers set up our 11 telephone lines. They were extremely prudent and displayed excellent manners throughout the process. Having a dedicated customer accounts manager makes being in contact easier.

I have been quite happy with the product, the installation process and the support that has been given to us. I don't think that our installation was overly complex, but the team took the time to understand our needs and delivered them successfully.

The Evonex product itself is quite intuitive and easy to use.

Our only issue post implementation has been with the headsets which were sold to us as part of the package, but are not 100% compliant with the Evonex system, they are also giving us some performance issues.

Initially the service from another rep was not greatly helpful but as soon as Ian was on the job we rectified the problem and touch wood it hasn't re-occurred since. Running through the various possibilities took time but was worth it in the end.
