We have several sites all of which needed to have new routers installed to enable our broadband to be upgraded. And like so many companies we are heavily reliant on the internet to undertake our everyday tasks. It was absolutely imperative that the new router swop over went without any issues to reduce any down time.

David and his colleague Aron came to site and were both very diligent in all their efforts to swap over the router at the rehoming centre and our shops, and rectify, very quickly any issues that arose from that. We also had some unrelated, long-standing issues with our handsets which David sorted for us.

David is clearly incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in his field, and has been extremely helpful with everything broadband, router and phone related. David has continued to be a support with the odd issue that's cropped up with the new router. I cannot speak highly enough of David. Thank you! From all at the Derby RSPCA

Reference: 2925144 - The order was processed very quickly and the phones were delivered within two days, which was great. The only caveat was that not all the phones were enrolled onto Knox. But that was rectified the same day it was raised as an issue.
