Ben is amazing. He is always at the end of an email or telephone to help me with my IT issues promptly and effectively. He's very friendly and approachable making my communication with him open, clear and effective.

Kellagh Smith and SCG provided an excellent service , always called when she said she would and sorted any issue immediately and painlessly.

Raydon has been super helpful and flexible when sorting out my on-going computer issues, and always went the extra mile. When I was finally upgraded and I had forgotten my computer's password, he reset it then made sure all my programmes and files were restored and working on my new laptop.

SCG is a breath of fresh air after having had terrible service from my last phone provider. Openreach erroneously took my business line and allocated it to someone else. Coral at SCG was really understanding and just amazing at getting me up and running with a SIM router and call divert to my mobile so I could continue to run my business until Openreach could get me up and running again.

Got our internet back up and running within a couple of hours of reporting a problem. Speedy, efficient and get us updated through out the whole process. Cannot fault the service. Even called the following morning to check everything was still ok. As someone who is useless with anything technical I really appreciated their patience and help
