Family member passed on the details off the website, started looking through and found a couple the wire and I quite fancied, gave the site a call for more information on the Spain & France cruise, the assistant was fantastic answered our questions and the staterooms and gave us prices for the rooms with various options to be included, really like the parking option at the port.
I honestly can remember the woman’s name that had helped us through options but she was fantastic with her knowledge and patience with us.
Would recommend Scotland Cruise Centre to anyone.😎😎

Excellent customer service
The agent who dealt with my booking provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. From my initial enquiry she generated 3 options to choose from and talked me through each one before giving me time to decide which was the best one for me. At point of booking she was friendly, knowledgeable and provided lots of tips - although I have cruised a couple of times before she still had some great advice. A fantastic experience!
