Oil erdered and delivered within 48 hours. You can't beat that for service. On a down side spent 15 minutes arguing with a computer while trying to order oil. Sooner you go back to a human that answer... Toon meer

was not happy ,having to pay double…
was not happy ,having to pay double the amount for my usual order. I appreciate the times were in at the moment, but seriously having to pay double. Was expecting to pay more then usual ,but was i disappointed.

At time of high oil prices and starmer…
At time of high oil prices and starmer stating crack down on cowboys cashing in on high oil prices.well here we are Scottish fuels.. paying monthly in advance,on day of delivery contacted with new price.some £1.63p per litre ???.
I had a emergency delivery as could not wait used NRG paid 92p a litre.
On arrival was a central lorry Scottish fuels who delivered.
So why charging your customers extortionate prices when clearly others are not.
Will no longer use Scottish fuels lesson learned.
Shop around there is cheaper out there.
I called to make a formal complaint no reply to date.

Efficient service and delivery.
From the first communication with Certas, the process was simple and efficient. You knew what price the oil was going to be. The delivery man let us know exactly when they were arriving without any hassle.
The invoice was emailed and a statement was also sent after the invoice.

Neighbour bought same amount of fuel…
Neighbour bought same amount of fuel .was delivered same day from same oil tank but was £140 cheaper. Only difference he ordered day after me. He got same quote but when his bill came it was cheaper. Manager did not waiver on his decision..

Why is there a difference in pricing at different oil companies in my area. Difference of 20p per litre. And Certas who is my provider was 20p more compared to rivals

The company has always been very good…
The company has always been very good and reliable. As I wrote in a previous review. I was just very shocked at the price of my last delivery, which I wasn’t told till after delivery, unlike all previous times. I know : circumstances etc., but I feel it was very hastily done, and hugely inflated, then the website was down for a few days…..

Surprising pricing
It seems surprising that our price for heating oil has risen by 100% when the pump price for motor fuel has risen by around 25%, and heating oil from your own company appears to be cheaper in the Outer Isles than it is in Skye.

The bill at £750 was massively higher than any account I have had from you before. A warning should have been given before you sent the oil.
