Driver did'nt leave a Print out receipt of delivery even with my wife asking for one and just came across as being rather Rude so i then had to phone up to ask for it i've never had that problem with... Toon meer

Extremely unwelcome that it is not…
Extremely unwelcome that it is not possible to shop around because you keep price a secret until a few hours before delivery. Protecting yourself before your customers. Also unclear why the price was so high as - as I understand it - you are using oil from before the price hike post Iran invasion.

DISAPPOINTED After three attempts to order heating…
After three attempts to order heating fuel and after one week of waiting I received my order. It turns out that someone "forgot" to order island supply to the local depot. I kept being told "they were busy" because of the war in the Gulf! No deliveries anywhere on the island of Uist or at the fuel pumps! In addition I was part of the Scottish Churches Discount Scheme, but suddenly without explanation I am not. Why! Why the escalation in costs?!! I have always until now had exceptional service from the local Lochcarnan depot.
